Not bad on price but no longer great on service and the new look is uninviting. It needed the coffee shop for warmth, atmosphere and yes, customers! Straight lines of tall crammed shelves don’t make it look cheaper, just make it look cheap.But Jose and Ray are exceptionally good - very well informed & with a natural courtesy that saves the day.But it’s no longer my first choice, I spend a fraction of what I used to spend there & it’s a chore not a pleasure.

Was going to get a pastry this morning but saw the person putting them out bare handed. Also saw him lick his finger and then proceed to keep putting the pastries out without washing his hands. Disgusting and won’t be buying bakery products from here.

One of the worst Waitrose in the UK. So many products out of date. It’s shown as a butcher but that’s a lie it just does pre-packed meat like any other corner shop.

Lovely looking store.Staff approachable and helpful. Sometimes a long wait at tills until staff jump on to the other tills.Prices are rather high and product range rather small compared to other high street retailers.Top quality food. You can taste the difference.
