After a very cold morning into early afternoon of watching a football match in the freezing cold. We booked a day before for 7 people to visit the restaurant for my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived the whole restaurant was full of smoke. The windows were all open and the restaurant was absolutely freezing. We ordered Coffee and tea straightaway to get warmed up. We were then told the machine was broken so no coffee, tea or any kind of hot drinks were available. We all kept our coats on throughout our stay there. Very uncomfortable and annoying visit and I won’t be going back to that particular branch again.

This is a great place to celebrate birthdays, I booked a table with a special request of a not to busy table and they did their best to accommodate. The staff were absolutely lovely and we had great fun, the food was first rate . I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was lovingly decorated and very festive. Atmosphere was great! Food was good, I had a Mexican chicken dish, which wasn't as good as I expected. The chicken was a bit dry, I"m not a fan of Nachos either but that was my mistake, as I didnt read the menue properly. . The burgers were delicious and the ribs too. They accommodated for two under two's, which was a great help. All round we had a lovely couple of hours and would definitely be going again. We'll done!

Took the kids here a few weeks back I was really impressed. Yes from the moment you sat down it was rushed the food was awful the main course arrived literally as we finished our starters, there was a huge long HAIR in my food apologies were given there wasn't a drink on the house offered or a discount on the bill we was then asked how was everything !!!!!!!! Over a hundred quid poor experience and won't be repeated in and out of the restaurant in less than a hour! AVOID

My husband James and I visited this restaurant on Friday 8 September. This was our first visit and we received a great welcome by Scott who also served us at the table. He was very friendly and nothing was too much. He guided us through the menu and we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful choice of food. A substantial menu with generous servings. From the start the parking was great and the outside of the restaurant had a beautiful display of hanging baskets that were well kept. Scott was dressed in full cowboy outfit including a Stetson. Scott’s Brother Tom was also the chef and our meals were cooked to perfection. I loved the background country music that added to the wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we will be back on Monday to gradually work our way through the menu. We had a wonderful time plus excellent service, I highly recommend you give it a try it is also ideal for friends, couples and families

Last Friday my wife Jennifer and I had an excellent cowboy lunch at this restaurant in Lingfield. The service, atmosphere, food, music, dress, parking and gardens were all excellent. We were served by the top waiter Scott Woolnaugh dressed in full cowboy outfit plus Stetson and his brother Tom was the Head Chef. The menu was like a book with so many choices, I had the steak burger and Jennifer had the Cajun Chicken both were outstanding. The music playing in the background was real country music. The furniture, tables, cutlery and paper napkins were all very good and the toilets were very clean. We have decided that if possible that we will visit every week

This is a great restaurant. The food was amazing with plenty of choice. There was so much good choice hard to choose. The food was very enjoyable. The staff were really friendly and were helpful. Service was fast. Would recommend if in the area.

Booked table for 14 people for 7pm on Saturday through website. Got a call to tell us they couldn’t sit 14 people at busiest time on weekend. Told to call them back. After trying for 20 minutes to get through on the phone I managed to speak to a lady who told me I would have to talk to the manager who was out, but she would get him to call me back asap. Still waiting for the call over an hour later. Fed up with being messed around. Have now booked with a restaurant that actually wants our custom. Absolutely abysmal service.

Visited this restaurant and other branches many times and love the place, decor, music, ambience etc is fantastic. Previously had ribs, steak, burger etc and always fantastic. On this visit unfortunately I chose the Philly cheese steak which is something I love and have eaten many times in the US and restaurants in the UK. This however was quite frankly disgusting, it had nice medium steak, onions and peppers but you couldn't taste them as the hole thing was smothered inside the bun in cheap nacho cheese gloop that didn't taste of cheese at all (provolone or jack would if been nicer) The top of the bun was also smothered in the yellow gloop so you couldn't pick it up without covering your hands in the sticky mess which was hard to wash off, there was so much of it it was also leaking all.over the plate over the fries. There was no flavour from the food whatsoever as the yellow tasteless gloop covered everything. It was a disgusting mess.

Had a really good meal here but be prepared for lots of cheese and jalapeños on everything and then topped it off with a birthday bonanza sundae, which came with my very own cowboy hat ? we travelled by motorcycle so I gave my hat to a very sweet princess to look after. We will be back :)
