Not a good service in Redhill BP. Suppose to be 3 car washes and 4th free and suppose to give a card with the first wash. Didn’t give the card and didn’t give 4th wash free. It’s cheap wash but no need to lie to customers

Have been visiting this station for coffee for quite some time. During last visit on Saturday 9 July asked for large Cappuccino, got only small milk. Revisited afterwards to let them know that I didn't get what I asked and paid for. Store staff was extremely surprised to find out what I asked for. No future visits anymore. I'd better find another coffee shop with nice staff. Thanks for your service.

ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BP STATION! All the time when I call to them over the phone for help. They are always rude, aggressive and always looking how to end the call with you. Never helpful from the customer service. I think they don’t have capacity to do a good customer service. I’ve been always regular customer with them, but for the future I will think to stop visit this BP station.

I go there all the time and staff is always friendly, the car wash is great and the shop well stocked and tidy. Only downside is that sometimes it gets so busy that it's difficult to drive out of car wash without having to wait for cars to move.
Not 24hrs as advertised. Walked from the station to the garage at 4am to grab a coffee as had an hour wait for a train after my night shift. Arrived just after an m&s food delivery truck & was told they were closed!

Received a letter in the post from QDR solicitors claiming I left without payment and I now have to pay an outstanding fee twice the cost of what I filled up. The cashier at the time did not carry out there job correctly and did not process my payment, and when questioned by management lied and put blame on my behalf. Any failure on the staffs behalf should be compensated on the company's behalf and should not reprimand the customer instead. Very unprofessional way of conducting business and WILL NOT EVER return to this store and I suggest people do the same.
