And most importantly the staff were great especially their owner, we said he was kind and helpful and gave us a 10 pound duscount and a free mango lassi. Redstone Hill, RedhillVisited the pub on New Year's Eve before during the day before we out for the evening and we had an an excellent meal. We had the fish and chips and the plant burger and everything came out quickly and was tasty. Cherry on top was Violet who was so friendly and made sure we were happy the whole time.

Always a nice friendly service.
First visit I had a beef burger which was very dry so other visits I opted for chicken, salad, pie etc and all we're great. Haven't came back to burger yet. Maybe it was an odd day. It happens.
But lots of parking, nice friendly staff, good Guinness. I always manage to visit when it's cold or rainy but garden looks nice too.

Brighton Rd, A23, Horley, RedhillJust the place I needed after a long day of work. My first impression of the area wasn’t great given the pub down the road had very rude staff that had told me no one local takes Amex. Well they were wrong as this place just one minute down the road does do it!
Thankfully, the lovely manager had showed that good service and kindness is still around. Had a really lovely meal which was way above my initial expectations. Service was what most businesses should strive for.
If anyone is in Horley, make sure to visit here, as I don’t think you can find much better anywhere else close. Would come again, thank you again for having me. Couldn’t have had a nicer time.

48 Linkfield Ln, RedhillIve been here twice in the past 2 weeks. The staff is friendly but the place gets busy and do their best to answer questions. The goulash has lots of meat and is very hearty, the split pea soup was good but by the time i had the split pea, i was already buzzed. Speaking of buzzed, you can't find these beers in just any bar and much less a beer garden. We lost alpine village in Torrance but this place is great. The interior is really cool, old school and charming. Now the cons are kinda out of their control, there is no parking (welcome to silverlake), the dinner salad was ok but i would skip it. There is a stench like old trash near the back area i think the garbage containers are the source, the sausages in the sample platter are pre sliced and cooked on a grill and that can dry them out a little bit, the pretzels good but i've had better at other german establishments. Im coming back for more food.

6-8, 10 Station Approach W, Earlswood, RedhillThis place has been a favourite for years. I really don't think you can get a better Indian meal anywhere else. As much as we love their takeaway, it's always our personal preference to dine in the beautiful restaurant as much as we can.
Service is always top notch, and the menu of both food and drinks is always varied, delicious and reasonably priced.
This evening we were served by Zara, who was fantastic! She was working so hard to look after every guest, always with a smile on her face. She's a credit to the wonderful family at Ruchita.
A really unique touch that sets this place apart from any other Indian restaurant in the area is their wide range of Indian gins and whiskies. Definitely worth a browse in their drinks cabinet for an after dinner tipple.
Honestly can't speak highly enough of Ruchita. So if you haven't been before, book yourself a table and get ready for an amazing meal with the best service.

The team on the evening were excellent, and all my guests said how great the pub was in terms of atmosphere, drinks selection and food. Nutfield Rd, RedhillWe recently stayed 3 nights at the Nutfield Priory for their holiday Winter Package. Our stay was superb in all aspects. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They are dog friendly and the staff cheerfully greeted our pup at every opportunity. The food was always perfectly prepared and well presented. But above all the best part of the entire stay was the staff and the service. Every aspect of service was smooth, professional and well thought out. I would say the best service we have experienced in the UK. I would particularly like to mention Alfie and Abdul. Both of whom made our stay exceptional with their attention to detail. I can not recommend the Nutfield Priory enough.

They are only at Horsham Market on Thursdays and Saturdays, but it has become a regular stop for me. Every single visit has been consistently excellent, with both the food and service exceeding expectations. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of what she serves.
Everything I have tried has been fantastic, from the patties and main dishes to the fried plantain. The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to a very high standard. It is the kind of place where you can taste the authenticity in every bite.
I would highly recommend Neishe's Jamaican food van to anyone in the area, anyone visiting Horsham, or anyone who loves Jamaican food. A real gem in the market and easily one of the best street food vendors around.

The roast chicken was huge
For desert amazing apple and ginger crumble and sticky toffee pudding - too full now !!

48 Linkfield Ln, RedhillIve been here twice in the past 2 weeks. The staff is friendly but the place gets busy and do their best to answer questions. The goulash has lots of meat and is very hearty, the split pea soup was good but by the time i had the split pea, i was already buzzed. Speaking of buzzed, you can't find these beers in just any bar and much less a beer garden. We lost alpine village in Torrance but this place is great. The interior is really cool, old school and charming. Now the cons are kinda out of their control, there is no parking (welcome to silverlake), the dinner salad was ok but i would skip it. There is a stench like old trash near the back area i think the garbage containers are the source, the sausages in the sample platter are pre sliced and cooked on a grill and that can dry them out a little bit, the pretzels good but i've had better at other german establishments. Im coming back for more food.
