I ordered in the app for delivery & gave specific delivery instructions. While tracking my order in the app, It was indicated that my order has been delivered but I did not received any call from the driver. I called the store the day after, only to find out that they will only refund 50% of the amount I paid.As for the driver, he said he waited 10minutes, but my delivery instruction was to give a call. Worst part, Never even got an apology for the inconvenience.??????

I place vegetarian pizza order i asked to duty manager please make sure the chain gloves his answer was we don't have time to change gloves. absolutely Route and unprofessional. I ask them to give my refund my money is over 3 week now I'm still waiting for my money...

Ordered 3 pizzas at 9:20 on a Monday night. Didn’t arrive until 11pm! Live 10 minutes away and told out for delivery which then toon 40 minutes. Called dominos once and they said it was just leaving. Took another 20 mins and called again and they tried to tell us that we didn’t call and was so rude. Absolute shambles and didn’t offer anything back.
Chef, don't change gloves when they make veggie or vegan pizzas. I'm waiting for my pizza. I saw myself when I asked them answer was chef don't have time to wash hand or change gloves .

Brilliant service, especially from the FoH gentleman called Ewan. I called to ask if they offered military discount, he said yes but found me a better deal. Serving over and above. A great ambassador for Domino Pizza and clearly running the team well to get the pizzas out on time.

I went back with two uncooked pizzas, they said it is how it should be, I left the pizzas there to eat it by themselves! Unprofessional, useless , rude managers! I’ll never order again from them, as I used to order weekly from them and pizzas was always good. But not this time, and not professional to speak like this with customers!
