We ordered our food and by the time we got it it was almost cold. There was food ready for collection and sat there for 20 minutes before I left. Part of our order was missing

Ordered online. Received cold, time stamp from Macdonalds of when food was processed was 45 mins before I received this. It had been made promptly then left sitting there awaiting driver. Obv arrived cold. Fries were half empty and they missed part of order. Shocking

Even if they busy, they're always nice. Thank you for the message on the last delivery package. I did enjoy the food. ?

Food was hot and well prepared. Service was below average with apathetic staff. The environment was noisy and intimidating, with two security guards. Upstairs, including the toilets, was closed. I wouldn't hurry back...

The staff are the most miserable people on The planet I smiled at one employee and she looked through me the tables were really dirty considering it was 8am one member of staff mopping the floor at a snail speed looking at the dirty tables but carrying on mopping and left them. Ordered food to sit in but got it thrown at me in a bag when I asked the girl muffled something through her face mask I couldn't hear her the place had an atmosphere of a wake. The food was actually ok and hot but why do drinks get made far too early coffees sat there getting cold as the hash browns r just going in wheres the logic I know u don't need a degree to work here but a little bit of common sence seems to be missing

Food was delivered quickly and was usual mcdonalds standard, however there is very limited seating. Now I know there is an upstairs seating area, but it seems to be very rarely open. Also the tables were dirty and staff seemed a little disorganised...

No legend chicken and fish burger shrunk . So I got a Big Mac I can only describe it as a salt burger with after taste . No vanilla shake today . The food has just gone down hill . I would go to Burger King but their food is awful too now . Always hated Redhill decor since the scribble on wall design .Looks like a London slum

I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Redhill and found it to be a pleasant dining experience. While it doesn't differ significantly from other McDonald's restaurants in the region, the first floor with extra seats and the tablets for the kids on the ground floor are some notable extras. That said, one aspect that stood out to me was the lack of a good family atmosphere inside the restaurant. The staff members were consistently nice and attentive during all of my visits. Their friendly and efficient service added to the positive experience. However, I cannot give this McDonald's (or any other in England) a five-star rating due to the lack of options and seasonal changes in the menu. Compared to McDonald's in other European countries, the offerings in England remain quite similar to the original menu. As someone with a European perspective, I'm accustomed to seeing different types of breads, soups, and other variations on the menu. It's a pity that such variety is not as common in England. Nevertheless, I did find it interesting that Scotland offers some of these variations, especially for breakfast.Kid-friendliness: There are tablets available for the kids to play.

Chaos ... And it felt like the manager was trying to organise things by shouting rudely at the staffToo long to get food
Apart from an old man sleeping with his head on the table that we had to sit next to, it was OK
Fries were fresh and the big Mac was well constructed. Beware of the yobs patrolling their territory.
Horrible greasy food and the place was crowded with fouled mouth yobs.
horrible, they gave us the wrong food and wouldnt get in touch with us when we tried to call!
