Mediocre at best... I believe muffins should always be freshly baked and not too sweet so was hoping for some good fresh muffins from this place. The ones we had were freshly baked, but doughy, bland and lacking in flavour/fillings. My decaf latte was flavourless too, and my son's milkshake was too sweet, like drinking syrup. The best product we tried were the 'duffins' (croissant dough baked in a muffin tin, rolled in sugar and filled with nutella or biscoff spread) - these were good, freshly baked although definitely on the sweet side. Overall a disappointing experience, I had fond memories of Muffin Break years ago in New Zealand, but these muffins fall short of that standard.

Coffee was good but the children did not like the hot chocolate, it was too strong for them.

The service was a little slow. We waited 20 minutes for 2

Terrible service here again. So quick to take your order but they only bring out half the food order. The member of staff that was carrying the food only looked for us on one side of the cafe, we were at the front so he put the food back at the counter. So I went to get it myself.Had to ask where the rest of our order was. 20mins later they still hadn't made the drinks. Which one of them was an apple juice so I don't know why that was delayed.

tI have to say that my experience with this muffin caffee was great, with very professional but friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back, I would recommend this to everyone!

Good coffee and panini. However observed staff refuse to allow a lady and her assistance dog to sit in the cafe. Lady was visibly upset, other customers intervened informing them that it assistance dogs are legally allowed however the staff stated it is their bosses rule so refused to change their minds. Won’t be returning for this reason. Manager needs training on disability discrimination

Management was rude to staff, raised an eyebrow at the mistreatment in the workplace. Food was sub-par at best, milkshake was so-so. Was an uncomfortable environment seeing a worker behind the cash register cry. Would not recommend, and will not be going back. I ordered a panini and it took 10 minutes, and I was the only customer in the café! Never left an establishment so fast in my life! After it took 10 minutes for that panini, of course! It wasn't even worth it- the cheese was rubbery, and they put tuna in it after I specifically said that I was allergic to seafood! I was wheeled off to hospital! For shame!
Thier is a strange vibe to this place the staff seem uncomfortable and nervous at all times management issues it's a bit strange but personally I don't feel comfortable I'm here won't be

Probably not a great idea to get takeaway here. Or take your own container in? We got two different slices of cake. They put them in a brown paper bag together for us. The oil from the cream leaked through. We cut the bag open and found everything a bit squished together. We managed to separate them, but it wasn't the best situation trying to get the pieces out. Sad, because the chocolate one was really good too.

Not a bad place for coffee and hot drinks, the cupcakes it all depends on who serves you. Some staff are excellent whilst others need more

I'm from London but I regularly travel to Redhill to come to this gem of a place. Great service great food. It's just a nice chilled place to be.

What a gem of a find whilst visiting Redhill for a few hours.I have coeliac and there was a good choice of gluten free muffins ??.The service was excellent, coffee was great so definitely recommend. Muffins were fresh baked and delicious. There was a good choice of other fresh baked food available.
