Let's say.. I know a bit about a good pizza , and Pizza Project doesn't disappoint me at all ! It's a gem in Merstham . If you want a proper pizza go there and you'll never be disappointed! ?I also love the fact it's a cosy little place and has tables outside which is great in the summer days

Pizzas are wonderful. We like Calabrese and Chorizo. Flavourful and the pizza dough is just perfect. Also the homemade tiramisu is a delightful addition to the meal. We have the gelato too. The environment is chill and friendly. Love the staff here! Will visit again.

The service is absolutely horrendous. Im genuinely in shock at how completely rude the staff were. My friends and I ordered the aubergine pizza but asked for it to be vegan as it clearly states on the menu that they can make that pizza vegan. A female on the phone clearly misunderstood this as when my friends and I got back from picking the pizza up, after taking a big bite I realised it had ricotta all over the pizza. I am intolerant to dairy so was instantly panicked and upset about this. When we called back up, we expected to get an instant apology over the mistake but instead we were met with an immature young female who believed it was our mistake and not hers and just wanted to argue with us saying things like ‘well I’m not the chef?’ Her attitude on the phone was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have had, I’m genuinely shocked over it. After numerous requests to speak to her manager she finally handed the phone to her ‘supervisor’ who was instantly apologetic and handled the complaint the way it should have been handled in the first place. She told us they would make a vegan aubergine pizza right away, which was ironic as the first female told us they had run out of aubergine .. All in all, this was meant to be a nice birthday celebration evening, which was completely ruined and even when we had to get back in the car and drive once again to pick up the new pizza, the atmosphere was so cold when we walked in and no one was polite enough to apologise for what had happened apart from one girl who muttered it under her breath as we were walking out. I will never be ordering from here again, I just hope someone takes the feedback seriously.

Really dissatisfied and disappointed been coming here for years but unfortunately had an awful experience when collecting some pizza with friends. Was given a non vegan pizza for my vegan friend and then meet with an extremely bad attitude when calling to tell them about the mistake. Was given a fresh pizza however even when I went to collect it after the original mistake I was given a half hearted apology and no accountability for the mistake. My friend is lactose intolerance and the staff didn’t seem to understand the serous implications of her been given a pizza with dairy. Extremely shocking service today and such a shame as I’ve previously had a positive experience.

Went here recently for a evening meal. Plenty of staff, and hardly any customers, yet we were left unattended for a while. Service didn’t feel friendly. Pizzas were decent, but nothing special. Garlic bread was very undercooked. Brownie was stale and bang average. Much better local options available
