A nice impromptu dinner, definitely improved by the high standard of service.My partner and I have frequented Peezzo branches over the years, but this was our first time visiting the Redhill one.It was as busy as to be expected on a Friday dinner time but the servers quickly found and cleaned a table for us.Despire the business, our drink order was taken promptly and we were approached twice more by other staff checking it had been taken. As soon as our drinks arrived, our food orders were taken.Unfortunately, the prosecco I ordered was rather flat (can only assume it was the last of the bottle) but I forgave this as it was the height of the dinner rush.We went for our typical starters of calamari and garlic bread, followed by carbonara and the dolce e piccante pizza. It felt like the starter portions had decreased in size but might just be how they were served up. The pizza was definitely the highlight for me and I really enjoyed the honey sweetness with the nduja spice.Overall, a very good experience; would return again!

First time visit to Prezzo in Redhill and first time at a Prezzo in a long time. Good selection of menu choices, typically "Italian". Friendly staff.It might be that I haven't been for a while, but prices seemed very high and a lot more than I expected. £17 for a chicken carbonara seems a lot. Food was tasty but 100% I would consider it good value for money. Also, £5.95 for a bottle of non-alcoholic beer is a lot! Bill was over £140 for 4 people which seems very high for a high Street restaurant?!

I have a very small appetite, so usually find restaurant meals too much. However, just had lobster and crab ravioli at Prezzo Redhill and come home hungry! Eight tasteless pieces of ravioli in a bland creamy sauce and they had the nerve to charge nearly £18 for it. Shame on you!!

We go here quite regularly. Always good food and good service.One of the most recent times we went there was a blind gentleman eating aline and he asked the manager to help him out and send him in the correct way and the manager walked him there. That is going above and beyond and was lovely to see.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. We were in Surrey visiting relatives and they suggested a meal here. There was 4 of us and the service was very good and the meals were delicious. We will certainly visit again next year

Visited this evening. Food and service really good. Friendly welcoming staff. The Calamsri starter was well cooked and hot and the dip is yummy. Our mains were really good too. This restaurant is consistently good.

I've been here frequently since the lockdown restrictions have relaxed; the food is always consistent and the staff are always very friendly. Had a lovely chat with each server during our multiple visits and they have all made us feel extremely welcome and valued as customers. One of the managers; 'Allegre' has specifically been very welcoming. I would love to support local businesses given the current climate but I do have to say that these employees seem to be working their butts off and I'd love them to hear this praise :) thank you so much for multiple memories we will keep thanks to the lovely staff, we will be back.

Terrible experience, the attitude from the manager (bearded fellow) was arrogant from the moment I walked in, even when I explained I had found a hair in my food. We waited 30 minutes in a very quiet restaurant (only one other family seated) for two pasta dishes, with the explanation that we hadn’t finished our starters ?. Staff training is clearly required as this Prezzo experience was the worst I’ve had in a long time.
