Just been in and honestly terrible customer service, lady was miserable said absolutely nothing to me or my friend and while we were deciding what to get she stood staring at us blankly and very judgingly.The first time I was there I watched someone wipe the side and then wipe the steam wand on the barista machine straight after with the same cloth - dirty , unhygenic and against any training baristas should be doing! How embarrassing!

Terrible customer service! I got tea to sit in until my friends arrive and I was refused to stay in for no particular reason. The water said she needs to go somewhere but there were two more people coming in after me and she was serving them. So I could have stayed in for at least 10 minutes! That’s all I needed not to be cold until then! That is unacceptable service!

Always get a hot drink from the one placed on the platform. Today wasn’t a very nice experience as I asked kindly to make it not as strong and she&he made a funny face and started talking giggling in a different language which obviously was about my request . I’ve asked it before and the usual ladies are always kind. Today the couple that was there weren’t very costumer friendly. If they were they everyday i wouldn’t bother coming here.

They've great coffee & biscuits. Located directly on platform, so can relax with a tasty treat & beverage whilst waiting for your train. The packaging is quite clever & funny as well!
