One of my go to places for brunch, however, it was so disappointing this time. I am not a big eater but even by my standards the portion sizes have changed considerably. Less food on your plate for sure. The food itself was pretty dreadful. Undercooked and badly presented.When I mentioned this to friends, they also commented that food has gone downhill and wouldn’t be rushing back. A pity.There’s still a good atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff were trying their best to sort customer issues out (there were a couple of other tables complaining, in addition to ours) I feel for the staff because, being on the frontline, I’m sure they get fed up of returning plates to the kitchen.I know costs are rising and margins are tight, but without customers (and regular customers too) that become irrelevant.

Wrong order twice. Rude old woman serving who is clearly not capable of taking orders or completing basic tasks. Was told to avoid this place but thought I would give it a chance. Wish I listened to the any people who told me to stay well away.Shocking to say the least

First time to the Reigate branch and myself and my sister treated ourselves to bottomless brunch post wedding dress shopping. The team there are absolutely brilliant and so so welcoming and attentive. One of the best brunches I've had and especially bottomless, our glasses were never empty. Will absolutely return as have just moved to the area, so definitely my new go to brunch spot.

Yesterday, on 5th of March, we had a booking for the birthdays of 2 family members. Despite of our good memories last year when we visited the restaurant, this time is the second and the last time we will go. On our arrival, the staff saw we had flowers but did not offer us a vase with water for them, we had to ask for it. Also, even after we reminded them, although it was obvious that it was a birthday party, they did not suggest any birthday candles, or a little surprise, which was very disappointing. One of the waitresses was a bit too friendly but only with the men at the table - she kept saying 'darling' every time she was addressing them which was a bit confusing. Also some of the staff looked bored and we didn't feel welcome at all, although the restaurant wasn't busy at this time. The food was tasty but unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the whole experience.Truly, this is my first negative comment ever, but this is also my objective opinion about last night.

My daughter visited Bill's with 6 friends, 3 of the group were violently ill with food poisoning the next day. The 3 who were ill all had chicken dumplings and chicken burger, the others in the group all had veggie options. I have subsequently learnt of numerous other people who have contracted food poisoning after visiting Bill's in the past week or so.I went in to speak to the manager who said he was aware of a further 4 cases, but could not offer any explanation of what had been done to remedy the issue other than to say he had contacted head office. Worryingly, knowing they had an issue and having apparently done nothing to resolve it, the restaurant was still open!Reports have been made to environmental health.

Only posting 1 star due to the large outbreak in food poisoning cases in Reigate this half term. Typically a decent restaurant I take my boys too but now I am very wary about returning. Those that ate the chicken are not well.
