We visited Bills in Reigate today for Brunch (18/08/23). The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had not booked and even though it was busy the lady on the door found us a table. James the waiter who served us was so polite and so helpful to me when I was disappointed with my meal and went over and above to make sure my experience was still enjoyable and found me something else to eat I wish all waiters in eateries & cafes were as nice as him. Superb Sunday breakfast. Staff very welcoming despite being extremely busy. Morgan looked after us very well throughout. Nice to see a happy team working so well together. Thank you.
So I gave this place 4 stars only because the first time I came we got a takeaway and the food was fantastic, I believe we got the vegan burger. A few months later we decided to come back and takeaway again but when we entered we were told Bills does not do any takeaway by a slightly rude woman with gray short hair.
