It's a beautiful building, but really needs a revamp on the inside; it's pretty dirty. Great atmosphere and has plenty of seating upstairs and down. Coffee is good, staff are nice (but they change regularly so this may change). Food isn't amazing but there are loads of other good places for food in Reigate. Service can also be quite slow due to a lot of deliveroo.Parking: Parking along the high street, can be difficult to find.

Great place to go and chill, amaretto latte and the cheese cake was perfect, comfy seats upstairs and the staff are so lovely. My go to place when i go to Reigate. 10/10 for me.Wheelchair accessibility: Lift for upstairs and the staff are prepared to do the extra bit of work.

It’s bit different Cafe Nero rather than others I have visited but in good way. Clean, tidy and very nice vibes. Lovely atmosphere. Even their coffee is not better than any local cafes but this building caught my eyes. There’s red phone box out of door which is nice touch.

As others have said severely understaffed leading to dirty tables, lack of attention to detail and inconsistent service. Many items regularly unavailable as well.
This is a fairly bog standard Nero that has been around forever. The staff is good, the product is standard. But the first floor has so much potential to be a really cosy, inviting place. The location of this shop is awesome and I hope the store will see a renovation soon. I will visit again.

The best coffeeshop in Reigate Town. Amazing staff who are always happy to assist and fix any mistakes that may occur.Best drinks around from very skilled baristas, even new starters are so amazing and polite.Shout out to the whole team your all amazing.

Used to be a reliable favourite but this place has gone downhill. Constantly understaffed, packed with teenagers from colleage making it hard to find a seat. Really a shame as it has lost it's charm. Please invest in proper management!

Slowest service I’ve ever had! 3 people in front of me in the queue and it took 20 minutes to get my coffee! Inside is fine, coffee is average. Could be a very nice experience but just such a slow serving time!!
