Food arrived late, had to call to chase up.Arrived cold, undercooked.Wholly inedible and disgusting taste.Had no option but to through the whole lot out.Complained to GW, who were unhelpful and could not give a toss.Would not recommend this place to anyone.Will never use again, despite being loyal customers for many years.

Ordered via app at 19.01, delivery taken at 20.38. The lady on the phone at 8.15 was polite and helpful, said after consulting the kitchen that the driver is on the way... almost another half hour before delivery? The food was good as it always is but disappointed with such a delay. Not the first time we've had to ring to chase orders after allowing over an hour for an "ASAP" delivery.

Our normal preference of Peach Blossom was closed… not only was GW way more expensive, the food was really poor quality. Waste of money and totally put off this being an alternative option again. Peach Blossom by far the best Chinese take away in the RH2/RH1 area.

We have been very loyal customers for years. But several times recently the delivery has taken more than 90 minutes with no update. The only offer to remove delivery charge (as my husband went down there to get a card refund as they weren’t answering the phone). We’ve always loved the food, no exceptions; but enough is enough. We will keep an eye on reviews to see if anything resolves.
Everything was good. Deducted 1 star because pineapple was so small in sweet and sour dish.

Ordered a takeaway. Pancake roll that used to be so good was now filled almost entirely with just white cabbage. Duck dish contained a lot of onions and was rather lite on duck. I would prefer smaller portions if economies need to be made. Will return to give it another go, because Gourmet Wok has been so very good in the past.

Beware - dodgy seafood!! Tried Gourmet Wok because our regular Chinese takeaway is on holiday. Seemed alright, and I was OK, but two hours later my partner, who had the king prawns, was spewing it all up in the bathroom. We'll go without rather than risk that again.

We got a takeaway for the whole family the chicken curry had cubed pieces of chicken. We had lots of other dishes And we’re all ill the next day. Avoid at all costs Won’t be using again.
