Reviews for Gourmet Wok
We have been very loyal customers for years. But several times recently the delivery has taken more than 90 minutes with no update. The only offer to remove delivery charge (as my husband went down there to get a card refund as they weren’t answering the phone). We’ve always loved the food, no exceptions; but enough is enough. We will keep an eye on reviews to see if anything resolves.
Ordered a takeaway. Pancake roll that used to be so good was now filled almost entirely with just white cabbage. Duck dish contained a lot of onions and was rather lite on duck. I would prefer smaller portions if economies need to be made. Will return to give it another go, because Gourmet Wok has been so very good in the past.

Ordered via app at 19.01, delivery taken at 20.38. The lady on the phone at 8.15 was polite and helpful, said after consulting the kitchen that the driver is on the way... almost another half hour before delivery? The food was good as it always is but disappointed with such a delay. Not the first time we've had to ring to chase orders after allowing over an hour for an "ASAP" delivery.
