Tried chicken yakitori, ebi katsu as starter, then tantamen beef ramen, katsu curry chicken, and ginger chicken udon for main course. Other than katsu curry chicken ginger, I liked the dishes. no-jito and cherry blossom lemonade are nice to try drinks. Food services was good even though it was rush time.Parking: Morrisons parking

As a regular customer, my recent visit was very disappointing.1) sanitary toilet bin full showing all bits (quite disgusting) and this is at 12. Only one hour after the shop opened.2) we had to call out the numbers against menu as this girl could not place an order by food names. We had to remind her that our drinks were missed three times!!3) i was very unhappy when I had to ask her where our drinks were third time. The manager nearby did not even bother to check the issueWas the shop busy? About 5 tables were occupied served when we were there. The bar staff busy chatting and waiters standing by the bar day dreaming.Overall, incompetent leadership, poorly trained staff, which results in aterrible customer services.

Ordered duck Bau bun. If you get a quarter of meat im a dry bun no matter what else you do it will be awful. SHAME ON YOU WAGAMAMMA. Why should your customers need to complain when your food is generally good. Very disappointing !!!!

Great place for adults and kids - tasty bites with a nice level of heat and seasoning. Sadly they were out of edamame but we enjoyed the cauliflower and rice dishes …. Everything was delivered to the table as it was ready… so not everyone had food at the same time. Service was good - prices very reasonable.

It was the first time we went there for dinner. The staff was very friendly and provided crayons and am activity sheet for my little one. The food was served quickly and was very tasty. Just the pad Thai was spicier than we thought.

I regularly dine at Wagamama in Reigate and I've always enjoyed the food and service. However, my visit today was disappointing.I ordered a dish, that I've ordered many times before, but some of the rice pieces seemed uncooked or burnt; basically rock hard pieces within the dish. Very unusual for Wagamama. I politely requested a replacement and explained the issue; the guy, I believe his name was Leon, who served my table has great customer service skills and handled this well.The replacement came and the portion size was much less than was originally served. I didn't complain about this, as I had already complained about the rock hard rice! One of the managers came over to apologise about the first meal and he was also lovely.When I was leaving, the manager who apologised for the meal was standing alongside, I assume another manager, as they were wearing similar attire. When I looked over at them, he was polite and professional when saying goodbye to guests. However, she was looking at me in a very unfriendly manner, which I didn't like. I got the impression that my complaint about the food was not well received.If a customer has an issue with the food/drink or service, they are within their rights to respectfully bring this to the attention of staff. I did this in a polite manner to the member of staff who served my table. I then don't expect for a senior member of staff to give me an unsavoury look as I leave the premises. It was unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from a senior staff member. This doesn't encourage repeat custom.

The service was absolutely brilliant and the best I have ever experienced out of my wagamama. 2 ladys served me, the one with the long blonde (i think!) hair was particularly nice and attentive. I think her name started with a C. Only thing to note is that the tofu was just fried a bit much in my opinion but was great
