Our local cafe with English breakfast and lunch staples. Favourited by locals and staff working nearby, so it can get quite busy at peak times. Always fresh food and cooked to order. Very generous portions. Nice smoothies. Best hash browns and mushrooms around - always crispy and never soggy!They do home delivery.What's missing is a bit of music in the background at busier times.Parking: Free parking at the back of café and you can park at the front, along the parade if there's space.

What a fantastic find. Called in for a breakfast this morning. Fast service,Clean tables and the most wonderful breakfast I think I’ve ever had away from home. Go for the set 3 - I had a whole punnet of mushrooms on my plate - so good.

There are not many true cafés left like this anymore. This is a real gem. To be able to come close to producing a proper tasty breakfast like my grandads, which is legendary in the family, is not easy and this place delivers every time. The staff are excellent and very attentive and remember their customers. A must

An absolutely superb find for a breakfast stopover on our way to Gatwick airport. Even has it's own free parking at the rear. Eleven different options for traditional English breakfasts or make your own. All freshly cooked and waiter service. Everything was clean, tasty and served with a smile. Best of all it was accompanied by real toast, not thin wishy washy shop bread. If you are going for an early flight from Gatwick it's well worth doing a U turn and calling here for breakfast. And finally; what tremendous value. All breakfasts include tea or coffee plus toast. £18.60 for two hearty breakfasts which saw us all the way to Athens.

Unfortunately I can’t review the food as I didn’t receive any. Ordered all day breakfast and fried slice through Just eat, cost me the guts of £14. Staff rude and unhelpful when I called nearly an hour later looking for my meal. Told me I must contact just eat who told me to contact the cafe. Nice little scam guys.
These people are just awful. Ordered breakfast delivery through justeat, it didn’t arrive, tracked the driver on the app one minute he was 5 mins away and the next the app said it was delivered. Rang the cafe who said a driver had collected it and that I must contact Justeat, who told me to contact the cafe. Rang cafe back got absolutely nowhere. Great scam guys, £14 down and no food. Don’t know how you get away with this behaviour. Outrageous.

Had a delivery of £20 the driver did not turn up and said I recived delivery. Like most fast food or restaurants they blame justeatz justeatz blames them. And you left with no food and money taken of you. Terrible service in customer service . Happy to take your money but not help you when there issue with order

Did not listen to order and charged me over £14 for two bacon and cheese sandwiches with a coffee???????Once challenged about the price they argued and would not reason.Will not return.Good is fantastic but service a major let down.I suggest only order off the board to prevent nasty surprises.

It's a cafe, not a gourmet restaurant so you are going to get that sort of food - but where else will you get a decent cooked lunch and a drink for £9? It's hot and fresh and served with a smile.
