Really bad service. Just stuck on hold, was told my pizza was out for delivery when the tracker hadn’t even been updated. Nearly 1 hour 20 and I’m still waiting on my pizza to be delivered. They really need to fix up

Bad customer service. Do not order ordered pizza at 8pm waited 2 hours for it and their excuses are there busy, well ofcourse you’ll be busy your a pizza shop if you dont want to be busy close up thats the whole point of business.

Fabulous service. Lovely clean store. Handy for when staying in the Premier Inn at Staines next to Two Rivers. Parking on both sides of the road make it easy to collect.

Place absolute joke. Completely the wrong order and all I get is a 15 voucher for a pizza that cost more than that. Just a sarcastic sorry like I was taking the mick. Promised one thing by the chief then “stand in manger” obviously changed his mind. Once found a hair in the pizza too. Avoid!! They are a joke. Also always forgetting dips.

Not ordering again. Long delivery time and quality of food is questionable. Chicken Kickers are tough not fresh, potato wedges undercooked and pizza tastes like it’s being cooked in an unclean oven.

Hit and miss. They're ok if you want to collect but the delivery service is just appalling. If you order from here I recommend you avoid their delivery service. It's often slow and the food doesn't come hot.Every time I get it collected I have no issues and the pizza takes decent.
