You can order from your table using the QR code on the table itself. The staff offered to take my order also. I love GBK for its huge milkshakes.. at this branch, we ordered fries, halloumi, vanilla shake and strawberry shake. Everything was delicious as usual except halloumi.. There was something not right and it had a strong spice smell. Overall we had a nice time. The staff is polite as well.

Ordered food via Deliveroo, biggest mistake you could ever make. Food turned up stone cold. Also what you pay and what you get are two different things. Not worth the money, your better off going to one of these one of burger shops.GBK use to lovely, but has gone down hill big time. Would I use these again no I wouldn’t.

I have an allergy to raw egg. I wanted a burger with no mayo. However, they refused as their policy is they won't remove a product you are allergic to and I was offered a choice of about 3 products!!!!!!! So, if I had just said remove the mayo I could have eaten the burger I wanted but because I am allergic to mayo it could not be removed!! LolWHERE IS THE LOGIC?We went to restaurant next door who catered to our needs sensibly and logically

This is our go to place for Sunday lunch. This GBK restaurant is so good. Head and shoulders above any other GBK we have experienced. Amazing and welcoming staff. Specially Daisy. Absolutely delightful GBK and great staff.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted and sat down, our waitress was very attentive, she kept coming over to make sure we had everything we needed such as ketchup & etc! I got a coke and my boyfriend wanted a tap water and they came over with a massive vase and 2 cups without us asking which was very nice! The food came out very quickly and was delicious, especially the onion rings!thank you & we will be back soon <3

Went to he Staines Upon Thames branch, staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Probably the best burger I've had in a long time. Party of 8 and all the food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming.

It used to be a lot better. The burger in GBK used to be so big that I cannot eat by hands but now it is super small with minimal vegetables and tiny portion of sauce inside. Chicken was nicely charcoal grilled but bland. Korean BBQ chicken burger was not as nice as it looks. Sauce was little seasoned but sweet. Fried chicken was rock hard, unpleasant to bite. Open, clean place with industrial design. Service was slow but staffs were nice.

I ate here over the weekend twice (because it was so good the first time) and both the food and service was fantastic! The manager went above and beyond for me and my family, when the app was working properly. The burgers are proper naughty too! Highly recommended with a big thumbs up ??Kid-friendliness: Kids menu solid.Parking: Free parking after 6pm on both days. A massive car park too.Dietary restrictions: I was asked when I walked in and they do cater for vegans and veggies.
