I ordered the special set menu A as a treat. The rice looked like it had been frozen a couple of times, it was oddly brown, no nice flavour, to be honest it was horrible and couldn’t eat it so it went in the bin. It came with pork balls, but they were really hard and solid, I couldn’t eat them so in the bin. The chicken in black bean sauce was the only nice item. Such a shame that most went in the bin and I had to make myself more food at home to compensate. You would have at least thought a Chinese takeaway would know how to cook rice. I cook it all the time in my rice cooker and it’s so easy. Obviously not for this company. Won’t order again yuk.

Simply the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I'm not sure the people who complain about a 40 to 60 minute delivery actual want freshly cooked food?! Always polite, always delivered when they say. Sometimes mistakes but hey! that's because they're human....and very very busy because the vast majority of locals that don't post reviews know how lovely the food is. ?

Had a takeaway last night which was awful. Spring rolls were dripping in oil. The curry had oil on the top and meat was horrible. Ribs were fatty and chop suey was not the best.

In the past, I’ve been so disappointment with chinese food from other chinese takeaways, it put me off for life, years after I decided to give Kims Kitchen a try and OMG what a great find! I’m over the moon to find this place, the food is tasty, well flavoured, clean & fresh food. Well done!!This is my only chinese go to place now, my friend who also had similar experience as me, I forced her to have the food from Kims and she too was so happy at each dish having good individual flavours, she was amazed at how good it was too.. everyone is friendly not rude like other places.The delivery people are also friendlyKims Kitchen please keep up the good work, keep providing good tasty clean food.Totally recommend and you won’t be disappointed

Ordered dinner for family over the phone, arrived 10 minutes later, all ready and bagged up.Tasted delicious nice and hot would definitely go back there, as no problems parking.

I order from here atleast once a month for the past 11+ years and have never had a problem until now. I ordered Singapore rice noodles I do always say the number of items so mistakes don't happen and yet mistakes happened, I didn't get Singapore rice noodles I got the chow mein version and also missing sauce for the rest if my meal now I'm happy to let mistakes go if they are rectified but yet after speaking to the lady on the phone all she did was say that it was her mistake and she couldn't do anything because they were too busy and I lived 15 minutes away from them which apparently is too far. Poor customer service as I wanted what I paid for and didn't get it. Not going to order from these again.
