One of the worst service received from the restaurant. The driver delivered my order and I did not receive all the food I ordered. When I called the restaurant today to let them know that I am missing my order I paid for, he in return says I do not have a driver to deliver the rest of the order. This has been happening over and over with my food orders. The restaurant customer service is ridiculously poor

Awful... feel ill after eating here. Old tables and chairs that screech on the tiled floors when People move. Food tasteless and the meat is fatty, i even left the pint i ordered as it was flat and cloudy.... its not cheap at £18 each, cost over £60 for 3 of us with drinks, better off with a takeaway at my local Chinese for half the price and double the quality of food.

The food was far from fresh, tasting as if it had been sitting out for hours. Flavors that should have been vibrant and inviting were dull and unappealing, making it difficult to enjoy even the dishes that looked somewhat appetizing. The selection, which appeared extensive at first glance, proved to be a facade, with many items tasting remarkably similar and lacking in authenticity. It's unfortunate to say, but this was one dining experience I regret stepping into.

Disgusting, sticky floor. Uncooked meet and cold food overall. Misogynistic and rude manager spoiled my Mother's Day by abusing me verbally in the middle of the whole buffet. Lucky got refund and left disgusted. Not mention toilets - dirty and overflowing with feacals. Never go there.Just to add on the owner reply- I have been there a few times before (place chosen by someone else) and it's always the same. Today was no different. I have managed to pour some soup before being shoved off the table by manager shouting "you cannot seat here, you cannot seat here!"Dirt is everywhere including bottom side of dishes. Atmosphere is like they make you a favour that you can dine there. No customer care, cold and old food (look out for chewy beef!). Just obscenely.

Went into the store to ask about " allergies " Ans the lady just looked at me confused and said " what allergy ? I said gluten and she said it all has gluten .. not sure if that's actually the case but there wasn't even a check and she didn't seem like she new anything about
There is a generous selection of food to choose from and the food taste good.It can get quite busy and chaotic but never really bothered me.Always like coming here.
