Limited opening hours here, especially on a Sunday. The other McDonald's in Staines, at the far end of Two Rivers Shopping Park, which is only 5 minutes walk away, is open 24 hours.

Absolutely disgusting service and manger with no clue of customer service. This brach failed to fulfil an order twice on ordering from Deliveroo.Once is a mistake but twice is pure stupidity. To add insult to injury the manager didn’t give two hoots that the order failed and my 7 year old didn’t get tea. Which was a reward for his impeccable behaviour. You need to do better Staines high street.

As were in our mid 80s we haven't been in here for years always before with grandkiddies . we enjoyed our food bought to our table by a lovely young lady .

The food was warm, the restaurant was filthy, and they left off part of my order, which meant I had to go back and wait in the long queue.
Came here late at night food was very slow for a fast food place when it was just ke amd my partner waiting the tables were not cleaned amd the bins were overflowing horrible experience

I've been trying to work out how when you have a list of food on the receipt they can't get it right in the bag. I use the McDonald's app and they have continued to get the delivery incorrect and say contact Uber as it's not their fault Uber now have stopped refunding for the missing items as it keeps
