We ate here tonight, they say food makes the place, well...people also make it, too and it was certainly worth going to, and today it was Precious. She was absolutely amazing! Her professional, friendly and positive attitude made us feel very welcome. Precious is definitely an asset to the company and should be treasured and valued. Consider her as one of the managers, she ticks all the boxes!Thank you so much Precious, you have made our day ❤️ we won't forget you and will be back soon.The food was fine,too. My collages from American wanted to try the notorious cheeky nandos so 15 of us popped in for dinner one weekday.The staff member at the front of house politely asked us to for 30 minutes for a long table due to the group size.The service was great and the staff were very attentive. Everyone loved the food and not one order was wrong.

Waited 20mins to be sereved, waiters stood around looking gormless not serving customers but just wondering around doing nothing. Tried to get their attention numerous times, decided to leave as it was getting late.Very disappointing.

Everything about the place was wonderful but that had to come to an end when we tried the food I came with ma girl and can't lie the food wasn't cooked properly me and my girl literally finished our drink left the place from first bite the cooking just wasn't fully cooked looked raw nd uncooked even I feel sick abit cudnt even eat it but the chips 10/10

My dear friend took me to a birthday dinner at Nandos tonight. The chicken was just soft and tasty. Fabi served our table. She is just wonderful, she listened to us when the wrong order came. She sorted the issue out with ease and care. This is what I call a great customer service. Many business with rude staff need to take note from Fabi!!Parking: It's a shopping centre parking.

This Nando’s was brilliant! We were both so pleased with the service, comfort and designs. Like any nandos, they had many creative designs and portraits on the walls, however I specifically enjoyed the layout of the store and the view from the upstairs. The service was lovely and speedy, and the food was delicious. 10/10

Ordered food for family items missing called them, basically got told to call deliveroo, talk about pass the buck, called deliveroo and they will refund the missing items, so half the family won't eat tonight as the refund takes 5-7 working days, talk about angry won't be going to them again, if I could leave a minus it would be a -10Parking: Cannot get there
