Traditional pub with a traditional pub vibe. Good Guinness, too. ??

Was expecting more tbh from this well situated pub in Staines. First impression was of a dark uninviting bar and a darker set aside fining room. Would probably benefit from a complete makeover as it feels dated too. The beer was ok.

Nice bar.

Excellent, traditional pub with a large outdoor seating area. Holds the occasional beer festival.

Three lovely little pub, nice atmosphere and lovely garden. But unfortunately found the food to be poor quality (ie) The chicken was very dry and very tough where it had cooked in the microwave to warm it up, The vegetables must’ve been cooked three or four hours before, or from frozen, and just warmed up in the microwave. As the vegetables had no flavour to them whatsoever and very soggy. and the roast potatoes were still hard in the middle, and the Yorkshire pudding must’ve been a one from aunt Bessie’s.The only good thing on my plate of food was the lamb!!
Popped in for a quick drink but will definitely be back. Very pretty traditional little pub with a small but beautiful outdoor area. Only downside was that it was difficult to park but that's to be expected due to the location really

Quite little pub, back garden open for events, outside front and side seating area. I saw Morris dancing here.

Excellent pint of Fullers London Pride, the best in the area, in a lovely friendly pub. Definitely going back soon.
