The worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten, the beef was very fatty & chewy, totally inedible. I won’t ever order from this restaurant again, using cheap cuts of beef will loose you future business, you have lost any future custom from me I’m afraid! I can’t recommend this restaurant, the only Ed able items were the rice and pork dumplings!

Went in last night,thought I would give this a try after moving to the area ,3 months ago,ordered chicken curry,special fried rice,didn’t wait long before the order was taken,soon enough the food came ,great service ,quick,food was very very good,price reasonable,what a find ,will certainly be going again,very very good overall takeaway !

Maybe it's me but the last couple of meals have not been up to the usual standard. There seems to be less emphasis on all fresh ingredients and more from bottles, tubes and jars.Unfortunately the overall standard of Chinese food in our area is shockingly poor although I've not tried places in the Staines Food Court yet - I'm plucking up courage to try to get over the name! There's no competition for places to have to do better and so, they don't.

We were leaving after a holiday staying at a guest house in Stanwell before flying out of Heathrow the next day. Phoenix House was the only option as the pub wasn't serving and the fish and chips was closed (Monday 18/9/23).We ordered £46 of food. One of our party ordered a beef dish and what amounted to a doughnut with a chunk of chicken inside served with sweet and sour, then almost immediately fell Ill, very nauseous, then proceeded to spend the evening vomiting with obvious food poisoning. We are pretty sure it was the beef because I had one of the chicken doughnut lumps (no sweet sour) and did not fall ill. The rest of our party was not ill. We also ordered mixed vege fried rice which was palatable, a soup, and a couple other items. Overall a bad experience, 60% of the food went into the bin.

Great food! at a fair prices!!.I have used this Chinese takeaway for over 9 years, & haven't had any drama's with my orders.The food I have had here has alway's been Great! & very enjoyable!.The family, & staff are very welcoming! & respectful!.I highly recommend this takeaway!!.

All good was great except for chow mein which is normally what I typically order.Cash only as well at the moment, but there is ATM right outside.Would recommend trying!
Unpleasant odour, chemical taste and egg fried rice was not pleasant. Overall a poor experience.

Pan cake roll tasted like a musky old tent that been in the shed for 20 years the pork inside of it smelt rancid. Egg fried rice well was just stodgey dry and no egg at all. I would give it minus 5 if review gave me that choice.

The special fried rice was HARDLY special at all. Why is it plain rice with shreds of meat scattered around pls? Where is the egg? Where is the peas? Where is the spring onion? Where is the soy sauce? The special chow mein, why is it soggy and over cooked? Why are you charging this much for food I could’ve prepared at home? Please do answer I’m very intrigued, because as I placed the ‘special’ fried rice, and ‘special’ chow mein into my mouth, I started to question life’s decisions.The 2 stars is for the seaweed and the salt and chilli squid. Besides that, your main attractions (rice + noodles) are subpar.

This is the first time that we've tried this food outlet and we were very pleased with it, especially as it is a small, local shop, which has no similar cuisine as competition.The food was delicious and well flavoured. The portions were generous and it was all very reasonably priced.Would recommend.
