Cost me £30 for a medium pizza garlic bread and chicken wings took 40 minutes to come and I’m 2 minutes away from there the pizza was sooooo dry the bbq chicken wings were really spicy I would not reccomend ordering from here …. I won’t be ordering ever again ….. very

The worst pizza I’ve ever had the cheese tasted absolutely vile almost made me Gag. The boxes were oily and greasier than the oil filter in my car. Upon mentioning this to the customer service they’re even worse have no interest in assisting. Complete and utter joke of an eatery.

I placed an order online which was delivered more than 30 minutes late. Not in 30 minutes, but 30+ minutes later than the latest delivery time. I called the store 4 times and the staff was very rude to me. They kept saying the driver will be with you in 2 minutes, they hung up on me once. It was only when I talked to the manager than he informed me there was an accident on the road and so order will be late, 25 minutes later. Very rude staff, extremely poor customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've been to many pizza hut branches, the guy on the phone here was rude, told me that pizza hut have no deals when Ashford told me they do. Tried to charge me £20 per pizza and delivery on top... he was trying to hurry me up on the phone and said "do you want it or not?" Worst branch ever...

Despite asking for thin crust, I got deep pan pizza.They denied to provide chilli flakes and origano!Avoid this place.

THEY DONT UPDATE THEIR TIMINGS. Walked in and said they closed at 9pm. When we tried calling no one picked up, is it so hard to update your Google timings??? Very disrespectful we had been travelling for a long time, why is it so difficult to EAT PIZZA?!

This place is a joke… You can have a choice between a flatbread or medium pizza, the flatbread is literally half the size of a medium pizza and turned up burnt… they said this is normal and the staff member could not care less then put the phone down on me mid conversation. They are well aware of the fact it’s an insufficient product and are clearly quite happy to con people. I’m in awe of how terribly run this Pizza Hut branch is…
Used this service quite a few times. Always deliver within the time they tell you they will; the pizzas are always hot; and they are tasty pizzas with generous toppings.

Appalling customer service, was owed a free pizza because they got my order wrong and when I did eventually get around to getting it they refused to give me the pizza of my choice. When I rang them up, they constantly cut the line on me. Horrible service.

I was astonished at how the collection orders for delivery companies like deliveroo and justeat were being prioritised over customers ordering from their own website such as myself. My ‘ready in 20 minutes’ went to ready in ‘1 hour’ and it was severely disappointing. Pizza Hut chose third party revenue over customers ...just because they may pay more ...

I had ordered pizza over the phone and delivery had taken 1hour which Iunderstand for a Saturday. But the Pizza was cold and side orders lookedas if its been dropped, hard and over cooked brown,I phoned the branch again and was asked to phone back tomorrow to talk to the Branch manger BJay.Disappointing service and product at the same time.I did read the reviews and thought I would give it ago and They are all true as I too experiences putting the phone down and shouted at and call backtomorrow.... we are paying customers and for a quality pizza. I would not recommend this Pizza delivery.

Very disappointing normally like pizza hut won't be ordering from this branch again food was delivered on time , but the pizza was chewy and under cooked the cheese didn't taste to nice. Never had a pizza hut pizza taste like that. Not ordering from that branch again. Did not taste to fresh either.
