The food was appalling, the cheesy nachos had no cheese, a few jalapeños and the small portion was completely burnt. Should be ashamed to serve that, we threw it straight in the bin. The pizza base was supposed to be thin and crispy but was soggy in the middle, will never ever order from here again.

Waited more than 45 minutes for food delivery, had to call few times before someone pick up the phone . Very rude staff told driver couldn’t find our door to deliver !!!! So i had to go and pick it up now even though I paid for delivery, and how on earth they couldn’t find my big doors! They tried to tell it’s my fault. No apology, no delivery refund or no new food..instead I got cold pizza and sides what they made it 60 minutes earlier. I’ll never ever order pizza from there again.

The pizzas was dry and boring and although very empty sat everyone very close together I was sat less than a meter away from a guy in an adjacent booth! The staff were very friendly and helpful

Went for a Family night out, didnt get any service, After ordering we received dirty Cutlery, When Asked one of the Waitresses for Clean Cutlery she Ignored and had to ask someone else. Waitress couldnt carry more than 2 empty glasses at once, so had to do 3 trips to get glasses for our drinks. Not going back to this Venue of Pizza Hut.

Such a disappointment. I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but I'd expect something so limp and soggy to have been the result of a frozen supermarket pizza and a lukewarm oven. Seemingly even that low standard is something this particular Pizza Hut only aspires to.

just think they have changed their pizza formula to it's detrimentI just avoid pizza hut these days as the taste isn't the sametheir sald bar is grotty the staff cant be bothered to top up sauces and salad bits
We had take out and the manager and one of the waiting staff were so helpful, proper customer service. Will definitely go back.

Except hygiene at salad counter everything is great. Even salad is amazing. What is not communicated to customers at salad counter is resulted in unhygienic situation. Self serving salad does not mean people stand there and eating and dropping things from mouth on the salad counter.

Haven't been in pizza hut since I was a kid so thought it would be a fun to have lunch there. Shouldn't of bothered. £30 for a large pizza, 2 small sides and 2 desserts . No drink. Pizza wasn't large and had hardly any toppings. Sides were tiny and luke warm. Desserts were forgotten about until we asked the staff 4 times about them. When they did arrive they were horrible. Staff wondering around doing nothing. Wont be returning.

Had the worst experience here. Ordered at the same time as my boyfriend and waited nearly 30 minutes for a margarita pizza in a nearly empty restaurant. Furthermore, the salad bar left a lot to be expected and was extremely sub par. After my pizza came out the waitress told us that my boyfriends would be coming out shortly. 15 minutes later we are still waiting and no pizza so we ask a waitress where it is only to be told his food had never been made however the money had been taken from his account and we had an order confirmation number. We were offered that they would make it again and would take 10-15 minutes however after already waiting 45 minutes at this point we asked for a full refund as we had somewhere to be. The store manager didn’t deal with this issue at all and just gave it onto one of the waitresses who was already stressed and didn’t even come and see us. We were then told a full refund would be issued in 3-5 days which was not and we had to then drive back to staines and go into store and speak with another manger who thankfully was helpful who confirmed the refund was on its way. Would overall never recommend this restaurant unless you want to sit and look at other people being served food for 45 minutes. Dreadful service and we will not be returning
