Pret Staines was a delight. Friendly staff, flavoursome food - salmon sandwich and ham & cheese baguette - that both bursting with freshness, and the best coffee in the village. It had a great atmosphere for relaxing and reading. I guess the most outstanding feature, which is a rarity today in most restaurants, was the cheerful staff. Definately, return visits are in store.

Unfortunately, some employees were very slow, and others appeared under much pressure. There were no interactions or smiles from any employee working at the till and on coffee, unlike other stores.

Absolutely the best place in Staines. Great place to chill or work! Great drinks and food and above all great amazing staff. Ones to remember are Barbara and Iris. Been there for long and always make you feel welcomed.

Hello!I've never had any problems the times I've been to Pret a Manger in Staines, but today I was quite disappointed with something that happened to me. I went there to buy some coffee and almond cookies and so far so good, everything went well.The problem was the fact that I forgot in the shop a sealed box of chocolates that I had with me to offer to my girlfriend. It was my fault for forgetting the item in the shop, now what I can't understand is going there to get the item back and when the employee shows me the item, it was noticeable that someone had opened the sealed part of the box, and I had to refuse the item because it was all open and unfit to offer to my girlfriend. Here is a picture as an example of what item I am talking about in case the manager of the establishment sees this review of mine.I AM VERY SAD ABOUT THIS WHOLE SITUATION, THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE.

Great place to relax and have a coffee.There is teo floor ,so plenty of space.Staff are good when they are a full team otherwise we have to wait.
