Dear Owner of Roshni’s,I would like inform you about my experience with you today. It was super worst.Firstly your staff do not know how to take orders. I was there and couple of guys left the restaurant because your staff said we can’t prepare your meal before 40 to 60 mins. But I decided to carry on with my order (which was my big mistake), i had to wait for long for just one tripple szechaun sauce Veg.After long wait I got my order and I was super disappointed with the food. As sauce was not given with food even though it clearly says on your menu. Then I asked your staff for sauce and she came with just one small dip container. It was szechaun sauce which is totally wrong as far as I know. Also your menu says tossed vegetable in Indochinese sauce. Can you tell me how can I eat 500 grams of fried rice with just szechaun sauce and it was given in small dip container?I am ordering food in staines from last 3 weeks and this was the super bad experience.See photo for your reference.I believe you will agree with my concern and try to resolve it.

We arrived a little after 9pm on a Friday night to find the place very quiet. Surprising since the restaurant interior is large, welcoming and well decorated. The food was astonishingly good, deliciously and freshly prepared with beautifully balanced and subtle flavours. Roshni's is a real gem of an Indian restaurant, we will definitely be back.

Food was nice as always, service however was shocking! From entering it took a while to actually order, upon ordering it took little time for the food to come out, so huge credit for that, however we spent about 20 minutes waiting for the drinks we ordered throughout the meal, and another 25/30 minutes waiting for the bill to come that we’d asked for, after we’d all eaten. Perhaps putting a few more staff members in, as there seemed to be 1, occasionally 2 waiters for the whole restaurant

Went to celeb bday party which was spoiled with very very bad food. After tasting starters we had returns a dish due to sour taste. When we return home my daughter had tummy upset for few hours before vomiting. I wouldn’t recommend at all going to this place.

Terrible korma and chicken. Called the restaurant to politely give them a feedback and they refused to connect the call to anyone senior. Not worth it

This is the best place in staines to have INDIAN food. This restaurant even host parties and have the buffet menu as well. The Chicken Tikka Masala is the best dish they have. The staff is very helpful and Attentive in service. The Chefs personally came to us and ask us about the food.I would recommend everyone to visit Roshnis Indian Restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options.

Really disappointing evening, we visited 6 months ago and the food was an absolute hit, hence why we returned. On this occasion, it wasn’t meant to be. Starters were ok/great although the lamb chops were slightly chewy. The mains was a let down - the chef speciality ‘Butter Chicken’ tasted like the chicken pieces from Tesco which was then dunked into tomato sauce.Mushroom bhajee tasted bland and not cooked with the right spice and seasoning and the garlic naan tasted uncooked. You could almost squeeze the naan and it will turn into a dough which indicates it wasn’t cooked properly. We sent that back and and a new lot was given - no change, as it tasted the same.As the night progressed the ambience and atmosphere turned sour as we were let down by the food/restaurant that we highly raved to our colleagues and friends.A lot of work needed to get it back to Pre-January.
