Visited this morning to drop a parcel as they do Yodel...I have never had such bad service and the man was so rude ..he obviously needs further training on how to operate the Yodel machine and most definitely customer service , he threw my parcel back at me after I had been waiting 15 mins for him to process and told me not to go back , another customer was about to walk out because he thought he had paid and the man on the till said he hadn't but again didn't know how to check or how to communicate with his customer properly. Won't be returning for fuel or to use the Yodel facility they offer but have no idea how to use it . I would give minus 1 star if the option was available

It's a petrol station, it had petrol? has a shop that sells coffee & essential supplies like bread & milk & more. Staff always quick to serve & friendly

Forget customer service, they are more interested in their phone. I felt bad asking him for a drink. Absolutely pathetic. Well, at least he wasn't on his phone on a WhatsApp call like the others. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable.. so these are our or shells standards now!!! Why???Are there not enough people to hire or is this the way forward????No name badge on this guy, normally they all wear one but he was to good to be named!!

Get most of my fuel from Shell in Staines. Staff are polite and helpful. Plus the Shell Reward Card is a plus to have as well as Pay as you Go.
I lost wallet afternoon yesterday (6/12) where fill petro, was so nervous, and luckily the lady found and sent to Shell staff. Keerthan, staff work in Shell shop, he found me on social network and contacted immediately, how nice, thanks God good people still around, I feel so lucky and thanks him and the lady so much, God bless you two xx
