Open till 8pm but no filter coffee at 5.30pm and not prepared to put another flask on Happy to sell black americano instead . If I wanted Americano I would have asked for . Biggest profit line after tea and they couldn’t be bothered to put on and there was no way they would . I would have waited for it Will not be back here

I have to admit, I would reluctantly rate this place 2-3 stars but no one really reads those. I have been coming to this Starbucks Branch for many years now, I often chat with the regulars and up till about a year ago really had a soft sport for this place. This all changed however when a couple of younger employees took over and work the tills most days. It is clear that they have a “couldn’t give a care in the world”, attitude. Their lazy and rude aura turn many customers away and adds to the already gloomy and no doubt sad atmosphere. These two employees:( let’s call them H and K) , come up with every excuse possible in order to skip out on vital parts of their job such as: refusing to offer anything but takeaway cups a whole 2 hours before they close and closing off the toilets early!They said that they really dont want to wash anything. . We have also been told they couldn’t offer ceramic cups as they had a meeting the next day and were closing early?Whaat? Really?Another example of this slothful behaviour can be seen in the various and vast amount of ingredients they run out of simply due to the fact that they don’t feel like opening another case of that said substance. The most important actions of theirs that should be noted is their lack of integrity and moral sense for the customers. On several occasions these two can be seen playing ‘tag’ and laughing/screaming with eachother. I have also heard them talking about personal issues such as mysterious lumps they have found on eachother and their dating life. We have mentioned this to other staff members and yet the silliness continues. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

The food and coffee were really good but out of the 4 Staff members there, 3 clearly looked like they couldn't care less about the customers or their jobs and only 1 actually was keen and approachable but was mopping up and sadly not behind the counter. We waited five minutes to before actually being served, and when we were eventually served weren't ever welcomed or given an apology for the wait even though we were blatantly ignored by them. Not a good service, the coffee was mediocre, you could tell it was rushed and not made with love.

Poo On Floor In Starbucks!We visited a couple of days ago to get a coffee to take away and were shocked by the incident that occurred. Upon having ordered our coffee, the staff noticed a trail of feces from the ordering station to the toilet.Staff began to spray the droplets of poo with cleaning products and shortly after we received our drinks all the customers were asked to leave. While the customer that had the accident remained hidden in the Starbucks toilet throughout the whole incident.Although this wasn't the fault of the staff, I felt that they handled the incident inappropriately and without discretion. The staff were laughing about the situation in front of customers, hence my one star review.

Tables not clean not offered a tray no proper teaspoons and the cinnamon swirl ment to be warned but wasn't .poor made another visit the man behind the counter I found rude and not particularly friendly unlike the ladies always polite and friendly

I used to enjoy to come here for coffee after shopping but new staff really started puts me off. Young ladies take forever to make simple drinks, queue is growing and from their faces I can see that they really don't want to be here. Embonpoint gentleman who takes orders is simply rude, unsympathetic and serves customers with this "I don't give a toss" attitude, forget smile or even looking at the customer. That passive aggressive behaviour especially closer to closing hours doesn't help...What happened with Starbucks customer care? :((

Some of the 'new' staff there are so unfriendly and have serious attitude. Their specific drinks are so watered down its disappointing. There's only 2 in there that are lovely and make great drinks

Called in to get a simple cup of coffee, queue for literally 10 minutes as the young lady member of staff incompetently struggled with an annoying customer and the till. It was something out of fawlty towers, the customer who spent 10 minutes ordering just 3 items apologised for being a nuisance (which she was) but the staff didn’t even acknowledge the ever increasing queue. The staff continued to fumble with till without once looking at me despite me standing infront of her. Then she walked off, where to I didn’t find out as I left for cafe Nero , where the service and facilities were superb In the last month I have visited this branch 6/7 times and never had anything near good service.

Extremely poor service, Manai who was on the tills very very rude and abrupt! Not the first time he has made me feel unwelcome in this store either. So disappointed.
