So basically i work next to this shop and i normally dont eat subway I decided to get one today..the counter was so dirty and because i am a vegetarian i didnt like the way they served..first of all no hello nothing then this lady expression was so rude and after all that they were using the same gloves plus everyThing was mixed..you just cant have subway there if you are vegetarian..i bought the subway anyway coz I didn’t wanted to be rude and I ordered without looking at the counter but I didn’t eat it and gave to my colleague..very very very dirty and unhygienic place never going in there??

I've put off rating the stainash subway for a while, as I put down the bad experiences as one offs but when it happens everytime... Shocking!Grumpy and rude staff, poor service overall the worst subway in the area.

The lady who served me was so abrupt and aggressive. She over toasted the sub therefore became very hard, stale and crunchy! I wouldn't recommend coming here!

I would come here regularly as it’s close to my place of work. A standard 6” would never disappoint. That was until I saw the most outrageous display of cross-contamination today. If you’re a vegetarian I would avoid this branch. I saw the server lay out lunch meat over a few subs. She then proceeded to pick up a load of cheese slices (with the same meaty gloves) and then after laying the cheese she just threw the excess back into the cheese slice bowl. I personally think this is unacceptable. Unfortunately this has now deterred me from visiting this branch.

After waiting 10 minutes to place my order because there was a single member of staff on at lunch time, I was told they did not have what I was asking for. This is not the first time I will be avoiding this Subway now as they consistently let me down
Staff is very unfriendly and every time I go there I get a salad and they always have different salad containers once they gave us salad in the smallest box ever I asked them why are you giving us the salad in such a small box and they said the headquarters gave them that but all the other branches of subway give you the salad in the normal salad box .I was confused that are they making an excuse or are they ripping us of.They never have vegan meatball marinara.DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IT IS A RIPOFF!!!9

The prices are constantly "mistaken" for bigger one. Example: I bought a sndwich that was worth 5£ and added 1.60£ for a meal. The till asked me to pay 7.30£... I urge Subway management to have a proper discussion with the store. Also I have noticed this is a common practice across all Subway stores and a shame to the brand. Thank you kindly and I hope this will actually make a difference

Just bought 2 breakfast subs, one with egg. The egg was clearly off, it absolutely stunk and the mouthful I had tasted rancid. The people that work in this branch are getting worse and worse. Won’t bother going there again.
