Service was great staff super friendly and helpful especially our waitress Marj ! Sadly the food let it down a bit. There’s a really long wait for the food and it’s ok when it comes not the quality I remember it used to be and also considering the weight I thought it would be piping hot but it wasn’t. So service great and not bad value but food was a bit disappointing but nothing I’d send back to the kitchen

Absolutely awful food for extortionate prices, what we were served came straight out a microwave and wouldn't even be sold by a school canteen. Avoid at all costs!!

i paid £45 for a £20 meal. Asked the managet Tariq for a refund and he told me he was too busy for me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Even the wait staff were shocked by his actions. Was passed around between managers and waited 45 minutes for a refund ON MY BIRTHDAY. Toilets were absolutely disgusting aswell

Amazing food, amazing service from Marj. We will visit again. We had visited the one in Wembley and were skeptical, however this was by far the best.

Terrible place very expensive for mediocre food and drinks nothing says come back toilets are horrible not cleaned the most disgusting I've ever seen the service took 5 minutes of us standing before someone even came over to seat us and then took another 20 minutes before ordering and then we waited 15 minutes after asking for the bill. The food was a little dry we didn't get what we ordered they gave us the ultimate ribs when we asked for classic we only realised when the bill arrived they did it wrong just a way to con you clearly and I know it's two for one cocktails but I wouldn't pay £16 for one such a rip off

I don’t go out my way to write a review however I felt I had to share my experience of the customer service I received on 29th Dec 2023. Just wanted a quick bite and drinks. Walked in and seems like they were short-staffed as no one attended us for a while. Once seated we were served by a young lady called Sharon. Whilst having our food Sharon seemed to be coming every few mins to check if our plates were empty and because she seemed to want the plate without me finishing my food, I said to her to just take it. Sharon even delivered the bill without us even asking for it.. which I found really weird. Like what is the rush? When we asked about the restaurant closing time we were told kitchen and bar closed in 10 mins when we had 1.5 hrs left till closing and others customers were still coming and being seated. This waitresses attitude was not nice and it wasn’t friendly so I wouldn’t be returning. I hope they can create an easy and relaxed atmosphere for customers for the future.

Went there 5 days ago, was surprised how empty it was on a lunchtime a few days before Xmas. 4 of us but i ordered boneless wings, the same as i buy in Iceland and they were good. Waitress said did we want to try the pigs in blankets so after a yes a bowl turned up with tasty glazed sausages and a pile of bacon rubble in the bottom of the bowl. Then i had a half rack of ribs for a main which i think we the previous days warmed up, they were dry and hard.Not a cheap place to eat and a restaurant not at the top of its game.Shame it is a really nice place to eat.Hadn't been for 2 years as on previous visit my £20+ steak was tough

The food is OK and the atmosphere is cozy. The service we received from Marjorie was exceptional and we enjoyed being there because of her great service and friendly, cheerful personality. She's a great asset to the company and definitely deserves a bonus!!! ???Parking: After 6pm the parking is free,just make sure to validate your ticket before leaving.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring items and balloons for kids.

The New York Strip 8oz steak is not worth £27.40. Honestly, I can cook a better steak and felt it was a waste of money. Not happy. Those of you know how to cook a steak, save your money. But I can say the service was good.

TGI Friends is extremely expensive for what it offers and the portion sizes and menu has shrunk. For example is simple burger and chips is around £20. And some of it was burnt, why is it that expensive?!? Would not recommend.

We had a table booked but arrived a bit early and as we were told the table wasn't ready we wanted a drink from the bar. The poor guy was on his own trying to make cocktails and other drinks for the tables but after a while came and took our order. I paid for the 4 drinks and waited and waited. He was still doing other drinks so I said we'd go and sit at the table. We still waited and in the end we asked another member of staff to chase them for us. We got our drinks in the end. Food was nice when it arrived. My personal opinion is that if there is a problem with serving customers at the bar then tell people it is table service only. Or hire more staff to help behind the bar. We paid £33 for a cocktail (2 for 1) a lager, a rum and coke and a lemonade. Not cheap but as I said the food was good.
