Called to ask where my food is after 50 mins of waiting, the guy who answered was laughing and could barely string together a sentence, he said 'very busy' whilst laughing, he also said something about an hour longer wait. Cancelled the order, won't be returning.

Been using tops for many years every week, only once had an issue that was delt with quickly. Delivery drivers are polite and friendly food is spot on evey week and they take notice of special requests.

Love the deep pan pizzas especially the veggie hot option with green chillies and garlic sauce base, oh yum! Delivered at the right temperature and always seemed fresh. Spicy chicken dippers, curly fries are family favourites. Dessert options are great too, best Pizza in town

Stopped off here with the kids on the way back home, wish we never, had 2 sick children on the way back, both complained the food didn’t taste right, one of my other children found a 2 hairs in the food, my pizza the base wasn’t even cooked, overal…. What a waste of money! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Worst pizza and service ever, burnt uncooked and just tomato past charges me £10Extra than any supersize pizza for £18.99 and not even standard pizza. I want this to be raised so it happens to no customer again. And I want my money back otherwise I am going to escalate this as this is not tops pizza standard. You have made a bad name for tops pizza. In front of my house it’s £8.99 for supervise pizza and amaizng standtad this is under poor it is disgraceful as I can get food posing from this uncooked pizza

Ordered a small Pizza, which was so small that its not even worth it to order. For 7 pounds. 1min later I wanted to order a can of Fanta, they didnt give it to me cause minimum payment via card is 3 pounds, although I ordered a Pizza for 7 pounds 1min ago. Plus I ordered my Pizza without beef, guess what...exactly...came with beef. Taste of Pizza was awful.If you guys dont care about your customer, then keep doing what you do!

Avoid! Been buying from them for years and today was the first time it was terrible. The quality has gone down. The recipe changed and its just not the amazing pizza that it used to be. Somebody took a great business and made it below average.

Rung up tonight to be told 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minute wait for a pizza ? to be fair it has gone downhill with customer service and this day and age with to much competition out there and as a regular customer very disappointed ? I will take my money somewhere else.this establishment used to be on point , awful now

Best pizzas full stop. While others have reduced toppings and increased prices, Tops Pizza has kept the quality up and the prices (relatively) down. Keep it up guys.
