My wife got food delivered from here this evening, for the first time.It's really a disgrace, and you need to be shut down. Clearly almost all of the food is prepared off-site and reheated in the restaurant.The bonus was the pizza that smelt and tasted of Dettol, is that a new topping?! If any of the staff are reading this, yes, we got that pizza, you must be so proud.If you want proper Italian food, DO NOT EAT HERE. None of it is real, and I challenge the staff to prove otherwise.I've never classified so much food as inedible in my life, it went in the bin after the wife and kids have it their best attempt.

We had a homevdelivery and the pizza was supposed crisp but it was soggy, the cheese was more like milk than cheese. The garlic bread was very oily the chips were ok. Three very disappointed young ladies who left most of it. I had to reorder with another tried and tested pizza place. Afraid will not order again

ate at zizzis a few weeks ago and I have to say I was disappointed at the way the kitchen staff treats the waiters/waitresses. I had seen a chef yell at a waitress and it made the dining experience very unpleasant. Will not be coming back, now seeing the way they treat their staff.

Ordered a baked pasta dish which has been fine on previous visits - on this visit it was not baked, just pasta in a watery sauce. Couldn't send back as other guests in the group would have finished eating by the time a replacement arrived. Ate the chicken and left the rest - explained to the server when she collected the dishes - no apology or offer of recompense. The dish was also included on the bill.
Come here just for the amazing pizzas. Best in Staines, hands down. The general atmosphere is quite pleasant, and the staff are always polite. Service can be a little slow at times, but nothing to complain about.

Staff are fantastic! One guy (I think Eastern European?) in particular is just so friendly that you end up smiling the whole time. Absolutely love the food and the menu as well. On a particularly busy evening we were told there could be a wait, but we were still served really quickly. Couldn't say a bad thing about it!
