Great themed restaurant, a pleasant surprise in the area. This was our 2nd visit there and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Come hungry as the portions are sized semi American. Sadly, trying to get service was a bit difficult, however, absolutely great staff, patient and friendly once they were with us.A few selections of plant based options as well as the ability to make a lot of the menu gluten free if needed was a lovely bonus.Dietary restrictions: They have around 5-10 vegan options. 2 main burgers, both of which were good. Vegan nachos were not bad.Parking: If it's busy, parking can be a wait till someone leaves scenario when they are really busy. Also, the parking lot layout is a bit tight but manageable.

Best I’ve had at a smith and western!When we arrived at the restaurant the staff were having difficultly getting the previous booking to leave the restaurant, they weren’t eating or drinking and refused to leave the table which delayed our booking by over and hour. We were eventually seated in a different part of the restaurant. Which must have been difficult for the staff as we were a party booking of 12 people.The staffs Communication was brilliant throughout the wait. They dealt with it in a brilliant way to make sure that we were still happy. The manager went above and beyond with amazing service, looked after as very well and was very apologetic about the situation that was out of their control.Will be coming back - Thank you

The time taken In between courses was far to long for young children. We were sat at 5 pm and left the restaurant at 7.45 pm. We had to keep asking for the children's dinners ro be served before the parents.

This place really lives up to its name the atmosphere It was like being in a western film.food and service was absolutly outstanding. Although we were waiting a while to be seated or spoken to once we were seated the man who served us was lovely really friendlyFood was amazing seriously good on all levels presentation and taste! Omg I think it was the best burger I had in my life it had avocado and chicken I think it was called Kansas burger or something like that.. the dessert wow was so nice. Donuts wow! I also had Pavlava sundaeI was there with my 3 children and my mother asked a lady if the toilet was occupied and her responce was if its locked someone's in there. Which I thought was quite sarcastic the door was closed several times I checked so me and my Mother thought maybe it's locked we even knocked and nobody answered I wanted to change my babies nappies.I would love to come here again the location is lovely I felt like I was on holiday like your really far.Views amazing. Highly recommend this place.The service and the food WOW xxxx you will love it. Can't praise it enoughIt was a bit loud for me but real party atmosphere great for birthdays !! They make noise and fuss for birthdays so lovely great vibe.

Use to every year for my birthday along with my friends. Portion used to be so much bigger and used to he free nachos on the bar. Now they are charging more along with tiny portions and now nachos taste ?
