Took the car to the self-service wash. 1 of the 3 functions I used worked effectively. No hot foam from the brush and ice cold water from the hot pressure wash. The manager foolhardily defended both malfunctions. My car is still dirty!

Always busy but the staff remained pleasant even though some patrons using the station refused to wear a mask in the store, unacceptable under the present circumstances even when asked to by staff
