Without doubt, the worst customer service, with the most untrained staff that I have come across. Bought a plastic petrol can, filled it up with fuel, got home and petrol all over the boot. Took it back and they could not understand that I wanted a refund. Offered me another container which also had a hole in it. Clearly poor sub standard goods. I ended up going back the next day. The guy serving had to speak to his manager who refused to speak to me. Eventually got a refund but I won't be using this place again, just hopeless

I spent hundreds at this station (Molesey)every week fueling my coach just because it's convenient. The people working here are just not trained or do it on purpose.Having to wait ages for the pump to be authorised and I always have to go in to tell them I'm trying to use it again once I've filled up to their allowance. I've now got a SILVEY FLEET card so won't be using shell anymore.

Awful experiences. These people can barely understand a word of English. It's also very Poorly staffed. The cashier said only 1 person works there so that they can make more profit. Rarely anyone at the till so you end up waiting ages to be able to use the pump. 1 person trying to do the job of 5 people just to keep costs down. Crazy times we live in to think this is acceptable.

Absolutely disgusting service first review I have ever posted online. The woman is so rude it is absolutely unbelievable. I arrived in the garage at 7:30 in the morning they told me the till was not working and to hold on for a bit (not even an apology) left me waiting for 20 minutes then when I asked again what was going on as I had to be at work at 8am I was then shouted at by multiple employees one of them being the very short man with no hair. He told me to get cash out and when I explained it was a credit card he said well that’s life you will have to pay the fee and even asked what interest rate I pay!!! Unbelievable please avoid this place at all costs as I said this is the first and last review I will ever put on the internet but felt something should be done. I am contacting shells management team to escalate the matter further.

Today at this gas station I had a very bad experience that ruined my whole day. while i was fueling my car the fuel overflowed and splashed both me and my clothes and shoes and my car a huge amount of diesel spilled because the automatic brake system of the gun was not working. No problem It's a system It happens that it doesn't work but... i take picture with my phone ( which have no SIM card and i using on airplane mode for work) when I went in and tried to report a fault in the cashier woman attacked me with very aggressive behavior and no understanding. For my was enough to hear sorry. I work all day with clothes soaked in fuel even the car seat is ruined... very rude woman

The women there is very rude i wish if I could give 0 star. They close it whenever they want bcoz they are so lazy to serve the customer and they have vape which makes u sick and instead saying sorry or replace it they ask me to call the company and post it to them.they sell expire food tooso be careful and avoid this shop if u don't want to be disappointed

I had the worst experience today. A very rude woman was serving she has no manners whatsoever and no customer service skills. She told me I cannot put gas while car is running I told her my mechanic said its ok as I have a problem with my car. She insisted to have a conversion and giving me a lecture about this while my kids were in the car I asked her to serve me quickly as I have to go to my kids but she just wouldn’t until I exploded in her face. Also she said I am not allowed to come again. This issue will be escalated with shell

Pulled in at 9.55pm last night to a so called 24 hour garage and was told that they closed at 10pm and was refused service the staff were rude and if I could give no stars I would head office will be getting an email about it

Just bought a bottle of gas for £44.95. Very expensive. Had to buy it as I live on a boat. The most I've paid has been £34.00 in the past year.

Always busy but the staff remained pleasant even though some patrons using the station refused to wear a mask in the store, unacceptable under the present circumstances even when asked to by staff
