As usual the shop was untidy and aisles were not clear. Many shelves empty or with products in the wrong places leading to confusion over pricing. Freezers mostly empty and others had the wrong products which meant staff thought fridges were full. It was 2pm on 2nd January yet product replenishment was appalling suggesting issues with staffing and/or management.

Used to love this place but it's unloved and a bit of a shambles. Produce on the wrong shelves, split goods disregarded and not cleaned up. Peas rolling about in the grubby freezers etc.

Modern and well appointed. Good booze promotion. Best price for car fuel in this area. Cheapest.

Was there to fill in the diesel tank and wasnt disappointed with the fuel price. Good place to shop for Bagel at a discounted price. Good collection of Asian grocery items.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!My partner ordered something to be collected and was sat waiting 30 minutes whilst all the staff members are sat there laughing and chatting etc putting eachother's stuff through! Security guard checking EVERYONE who apparently looked "dodgy".. i mean very stereotypical don't you think Asda?!I've shopped here for many years and don't think i'll be coming back again. I'll take my money elsewhere.EDIT: one of the collection items (clothing) was missing bottoms in a 2 piece set!! Was meant to be for my girls christmas day matching outfits!!! Absolutely fuming!

I love the quality of ASDA produce and have regularly used this store for years however since the recent 'reorganisation' it seems to be a bit of a mess. It has begun to look really shabby and it certainly not up to the standard of other ASDA stores I have used.I suspect the reorganisation was ill-conceived and poorly executed and as a result it is not easy to find what you are looking for or even to be sure if you are looking in the right place! Stock control is poor - they frequently run out of popular items. (Or maybe I just can't find them?) The shelves are often messy as if the shelf stackers are equally confused as to where things should be. A real shame as it used to be excellent.

Been going to this ASDA since it opened. I now use it on rare occasions as there is always a long queue to go through the manned checkout. Usually a very pleasant person on the till. All the management want is for customers to go through the self service section while being watched by staff who would be better employed on the manned checkouts and helping the customers. Prices are NOT always the greatest but you have to shop around. Managed to find what I wanted on this particular visit with not to long waiting at check out most unusual. I WILL NOT USE SELF SERVICE AT ANY STORE be it ASDA ,ALDI, TESCO'S or M&S. If there is any mistake on my till receipt it is NOT of my making. So that's a three star review from me.

The store facilities are great with own petrol station unfortunately always understaffed, lack of stock petrol pump queues so long can’t get into the store as petrol till not open and only 1 pay at pump then finally got in store and only 2 tills open whilst the shop was very busy which is expected on a Saturday afternoon - you seriously need more staff ! Took us nearly 3 times the time to get the shopping done - very disappointed ☹️

This week I went to this supermarket, and the customer service girls (express checkouts) treated us terribly, not at all polite, rude and with a bad attitude.

I don't understand if don't have people for delivery why have book slot to site? After booking your slot Asda cancel the order.

It's a good-sized supermarket that's very accessible. It is a bit light on vegan options compared with the competition.

Stopped to help an elderly lady with 2 flat tyres this morning at the Asda petrol station. We were joined by a member of staff from the main store called Ank, who couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. A true gent!!

Spent 40 minutes shopping in store , loaded the belt to find out they had no bags at all . Questioned why they didn’t notify customers as they entered the premises ?Appalling customer service, since they new this when they opened
