Waited half an hour for 3 coffees and three sausage rolls to take away and was charged nearly £30 for our troubles.

Fantastic little coffee shop with great food, drinks and atmosphere. The bagels are generous, and the Christmas menu holds lots of pleasant surprises.

Lovely visit! Kids had a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. I had an oat milk latte. It was slightly busy whilst we were there but it was a lovely environment!

I have visited BEM every Sunday for the last five years but last week their prices skyrocketed? At £7.80 for a Cappachino and Teacake I’m afraid this will be my last time there??

Great coffee! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Had a Bacon & Avocado bagel which was nice! The shop is located in a lovely village with ample parking.

Ordered 3 coffees and 3 sausage rolls to take away. Waited 15 minutes for the drinks, not too bad but one was luke warm. Wanted to eat our food with our drinks on the way home but waited nearly half an hour! Drinks were drunk and sausage rolls were like warm so no idea why it took so long. Had the same experience in the knaphill branch coffee was cold . This cost nearly £30!!!

Arrived at 13:00. Spent time choosing, ordered a panini, then told that they had run out of them (by lunch time on a Saturday afternoon). Waited 25 minutes for two sausages rolls to be served. All food was quite pleasant. Staff were polite.

Have been to this coffee shop before and so was looking forward to coming back. Really wished I hadn’t. The staff could not be less bothered and the cafe was incredibly dirty and unwelcoming. I was going to eat but decided against it as if the front of house was this filthy, I dreaded to think what the kitchen was like. Piles of black rubbish bags greeted us at the entrance and the dirty dog bowl on the table with the condiments was just horrible. Tables hadn’t been cleaned either. Such a shame to see what used to be a lovely community coffee shop now such an unwelcoming place with extremely poor standards of hygiene.

After waiting for 30 minutes in the rain I entered this cafe when it opened at 830am. A young woman of around 5ft10 in height with a double chin took 4 minutes to make me approximately 3 quarters of a cup of over priced takeaway luke warm latte. As it was raining this was consumed in the environment of the grimy walled cafe.Seems popular, people must be easily pleased round these parts. If you're in a hurry give it a miss. If you don't want to feel disappointed, give it a miss.

Very dirty tables inside. Of chairs not to mention, they are under any criticism of dirty. I don't know how nobody sees. A lot of mess on foot and very slow serving. I waited for a coffee for 20 minutes ???

Always nice coffee and food. Service is usually quick.

The staff looked demotivated we sat at our table for over 15 mins not one member of staff even looked our way.Super slow service.Needs a couple of fans inside as it was way too hot to sit inside. And the canopy for outside was not in use making it impossible to enjoy a coffee.Me and my family walked away in the end won’t be returning which is a shame really they just need to employ more friendly staff

Nice independent coffee shop, in a convenient location. Not sure how they can justify their pricing, and the food is distinctly average. £15 for a bacon bagel, almond croissant, coffee and water. Coffee was lukewarm and not tasty, and the bagel came with crisps... For breakfast?! Won't be returning, much better and cheaper in the area.
