We were looking for a quiet table in a restaurant to celebrate a family birthday. This ticked all our boxes and so much more. Confident and attentive staff who were only too pleased to help. A delicious range of dishes to choose from. I ordered the lamb shank and it was such a generous portion I could hardly finish !We did not have dessert as we were going home for birthday cake but looked up the dessert menu to decide what we would have had!Such a lovely meal - we will be back .

Great pub, with an airy light dining room and nice Sunday roasts (my picture of the beef strip loin roast doesn't show the broccolli & cauliflower cheese, which is also included). The baked camembert sharer platter was delicious and came with lots of bread, melba toast, crudites, salad and chutney. The seating in the restaurant side was great, they manage to accommodate a lot of people without it feeling like you're on top of each other. The staff were really friendly and helpful, very attentive, with no wait for drinks or the bill when requested. Both the dining areas and the loos were very clean and well kept.Parking: Own car park with lots of spaces, but it fills up quickly after 12 on Sundays.

Lovely Sunday roast, the beef Is amazing! The staff are friendly and Holly was so helpful (especially on the booking side!) And everyone else was so polite and attentive, great food, great service. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

Another lovely meal here again today. Staff were amazing as always and our group of 11 was really well looked after. The food is always really high quality and great value for money, and they were fantastic at dealing with allergies too. Brilliant all round and definitely a go to for a nice meal in a relaxed environment in Woking.
