We had a really good mocha here but the upstairs seating was closed off for some reason and customers were scrambling on the ground floor. There wasn’t any seating inside except near the toilets which feels unhygienic. Also no windows or doors open for ventilation, it was stuffy and felt horrible. We tried to sit outside but another customer was smoking while drinking his coffee. Is this even allowed?? Atmosphere was overall unpleasant and just not welcoming enough to those who want decent seating without second hand smoking.

Ok for a coffe I guess , can’t really screw with that too much, but service slow food not hot and undercooked, tables dirty and liked by a passing customers dog. Looks like run by kids who never learned to tidy their rooms. Sorry.

The worst service I have ever received. I ordered a chocolate and hazelnut Frappe and I received was a cold chocolate drink. The presentation of the drink was terrible so last time I will ever buy a Frappe at this shop.

Really love Nero, we are there weekly as a family outing. Was dissatisfied today though, as was made to feel very unwelcome by the lady barista. We all have a bad day- and she may well just be having exactly that!(Weds 19/7 am shift)

Waiting 15min for 2 coffees, as only 1 TRAINING BARISTA girl,(who did try her best, and fastest, but to many people waiting) left alone at 13.30, lunch time... Not good management, sorry...

Baristas are friendly and welcoming. Coffee was good, the cafe has no air-con so it’s boiling inside!

Wring milk was given as I am latose intolerance, was rectified by staff but needed to be careful if you have Allergies

Feel bad for the trainee that was clearly new and was left by her male colleague that was just ignoring the queue and walking around, she clearly had no clue how to properly steam milk and was continually burning it, he as a senior member of staff should have been correcting her mistakes and serving customers….. The normal staff are pleasant enough but there is a need of improvement in this branch.

Always great service and lovely atmosphere, and the coffee is delicious. The only improvement I would suggest would be to make sure the food shelves are well stocked. A couple of times we've visited at lunch and there were almost no sandwiches, paninis or salads available.

If it weren't for the fact that this place has tables facing the sun I would never visit it again! Tables never get cleared or cleaned unless it's nearing their home time. Some staff are ok but one young girl avoids serving me (no idea of its racial or because I'm a male) but regardless of that, she makes it obvious she won't serve me by suddenly picking up mobile phone and when a courier came in she dropped phone immediately to deal with him! And this despite a queue of customers building up. Outrageous customer service. Don't go there if that's what you value.
