They used to have table service but now you have to queue to order and I don't know why I spent 15min waiting with only 3 people front of me.

Food looked good but never got the chance to order any.. Was seated swiftly, then sat there like an idiot for 20 minutes being ignored..

Lovely friendly staff who made a fuss of Freddie my dog, who was over the moon with his doggy sausage for his 7th

Marvellous avocado. Dry, over cooked sausage. But delightful otherwise. Arrive early to avoid disappointment...

Great selection for brunch before 1200. Nice lunch menu. Dog friendly outside. Very helpful staff. Was busy but was still served quite quickly.

We visited Heather Farm Cafe today and were served by Sophie. The attention Sophie extended and the service we received was fantastic. The food was quick, hot and delicious. I would certainly recommend.Thank you Heather Farm.

Awful experience. Emailed but had no response.Management were so rude.
Stopped by on my bike for a quick spot of lunch. The breakfast stack was sensational. Service quick and friendly. Plenty of tables outside even though inside was busy. Have a fast "take away" option too for coffee / snacks etc.

Nice for a quick pit stop. Always busy and a bit hectic on weekends but it's all that local after a nice walk.

Nice cafe in a great setting. Friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. Can recommend the sausage rolls and brioche breakfast baps! Some good circular walks (dog free around the wetlands area) from the cafe, with some further afield across Horsell Common.
