I have never experienced such bad customer service from the Manager at Peacocks KFC, she must not be anywhere near Customer Service. She is rude and honesty the worse Manager I have ever seen. I waited 45 mins for my food to be told no gravy, she was bad mouthing me behind the counter to her staff. She then said gravy is now all of a sudden coming, waited another 30mins for gravy. Will never go there ever again and she doesn't deserve to be a Manager.

Had to wait for ages as they were waiting for more chicken . They put rest of order in heated shelf. When I finally got my order everything was overdone and the chicken I was waiting for scolded my fingers as it was so hot. The small Pepsi was 2 thirds ice.Very few fries. Wish I had stuck to macdonalds.

As a passionate rat who loves a nibble every now and then as what I mostly consume is cheese I found a rat in my burger which I believe is utterly disgraceful judging my rat identity. I mean they are literally trying to feed me my own family

Worst KFC I have ever seen in my life.The waiting time for the order is an eternity.The staff forgot to put paper napkins, when I asked for a few, they told me they weren't there.Instead of a fork I got a spoon. Who eats teriyaki chicken with a spoon?Also the chicken was very salty.Terrible. Waste of time and money.

It was late. Delivered by someone in a Deliveroo uniform? I had ordered via Just Eat who I use for a reason !!!It was cold, very disappointing. Won't use again. Ruined the whole Kentucky experience for me!A very generous One Star from me!

It was good. Halal too. Had problems with the ordering via machine but quickly helped by the staff. Tables are cleaned real quick. Service was fast. Rest rooms are also close by. Great with kids.

Horrible experience.I ordered large popcorn bucket meal kids one.No receipt upon using the self service machines.Unfriendly staff members (gentleman serving)Didn't give any spoon, no tissue, no sauces .We had to keep going back to the counter several times requesting various items.Upon opening the package, a very tiny box came out which was supposed to be large but it was not.Guy at the counter said this is large, large you only get it to drink that's supposed to be large.I flipping paid so much money just to get a tiny popcorn box like what the hell and to be told the only thing large you get is the drink.You know what's funny, there was no drink!!!!!!!Really???!!! Another trip back to the counter.I'm extremely furious typing this away.I do not recommend this location or the staff members.No name badges worn.Edit; just discovered there was no chips given!!!

Worst KFC I have tasted. Expensive too. The chicken was old, rubbery and rubbish tasting. The chips were old and flavourless. The tower burger was soggy and messy. The staff couldn’t care less. I saw one team member handle the Hashbrowns with no gloves on. Disgusting all round and will never have another kfc thanks to this experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

I hadn't had a KFC for about 4 years, despite wanting one. Today whilst Christmas shopping I decided to get oneOnly something small, as I watching my weight. It was busy in the Peacock centre , but it was all abit chaotic around the self serve machines.. no order no queues no direction. The servers worked hard to keep up with demand. The food was hot. The chips could of done with some sauce, but I didn't ask. The Chicken was awful. The 11 herbs and spice cremated, whilst the chicken was red and undercooked. I didn't enjoy this meal..The drink was nice. Won't be going back in a hurry.
