Massive change of the taste of chicken on our recent visit to KFC Woking Chertsey rd. the chicken were fresh and moist. it was very very hot and so we had to give it a couple of minutes before we stuffed our faces. the fries were seasoned just right. i would highly recommend this place to anyone who is feeling a peckish and fancies a treat. I don’t understand some of these bad reviews since i got a good experience, this opinion is shared by my friends and family. KFC can never go wrong !! Every single time you order through deliveroo or Uber eats the wait is ridiculous you can never edit the order or ask for any changes since they never pick up the phone after calling numerous times maybe over 20 phone calls and no pick up. Shocking service also wait time when ordering in the evening is at least a minimum of 1 hour plus wait sometimes up to 2 hours and on top of that food goes missing…

I’ve ordered these two krushems today to take away, when I was get back home, I drink them both taste lil bit sour. I wonder is this make by milk base. I had this from other branch KFC, but it never happened before. I tried to ring them to remind them the milk was getting sour. No one answer the phone.
