Ordered food in-house waited in Q 20mins for one burger. Burger cold. Staff offish/rude not helpful. But I think I would be- considering amount of people ordering and hardly no staff. More of a higher management issue.

hey,I waited a very long time for my order that I took as a takeaway (40 minutes) besides, I'm missing from the order, I didn't check when I took the bag because it was already late, the uber was waiting for me I paid the Uber more money ,the stuff were sitting and talking to each other instead of serving the customers, very very bad of them. especially since it was not my order, I bought it for friends. shame on you don't buy from them anymore...shame on you!!!!the customers came back and told them that they had another order or that you had something missing from the orderstonight's customers were very disappointed and above all, I don't know if the others will tell you but I will tell you....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE. SHAME

Burgers came fast and hot. Cold chips. However manager refused to refund an unwanted item. Claimed it was 'too much work' to refund the meal and recharge. Proceeded to argue with me about it rather than help.
Quite big + the food court but not many people in there so queue time is alright ??

More than once the fish fingers in happy meal seemed like they have been fried for the second time, the where not hot and where dry and turned hard. With my last order not only was the burger and halloumi fried missing but the fries packet literally had 5 fries in them. I realised when i got home, my son was not happy and my fault for not checking because I was in a hurry

Would have been 3 stars if it wasn't for the very friendly staff.Standard mcdonalds experience, although the 24hr opening is nice and generally fast service.The ordering stalls never print your order number, which has become the norm in many mcdonalds.Otherwise nothing stands out.Better than the McDonalds in the shopping centre though. Much cleaner.Vegetarian options: Standard vegetarian options. Probably same level of experience vegetarian or otherwise.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors and no stairs.

Not busy waited 10 minutes to be served whilst waiting the Asian girl making peoples food ie the burgers is stuffing her face with the pickles and then carried on serving people there food told the manager wasn't interested got money back 10 minutes later she still hasn't washed her hands disgusting filthy worker go to the other McDonald's in Chertsey road least they are clean and hygienic

Terrible service. The drinks weren't available so I asked for some advice with my app if I was getting a meal and just told 'have a milkshake' that's your only option. I then tried to use the machine in the restaurant amd asked again for help and I was just told to go back to where I'd come from...poor
