As when the coke despensor machine does not work, tbey chargw you large meal, but give you a can instead.This has happened to me 2times. I love their family platter. It's a big portion... We had it for dinner and packed the rest for Lunch for 2 adults and 1 kid.. Love the staffs friendly behavior.

This is the story of how you lose a loyal customer over some petty S..., I have ordered the same chicken and rice meal over 40 times in the past year through Uber eats and have been in the shop over 10 times, so all this time I forgot to grab a stamp card to get the free meal at the end.... so I spoke to the guy at the counter and I said, 'look how many times I have ordered from you guys" and showed him all the orders on my phone which is lots; I had to keep scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page, so I said 'Is it possible to get a few extra stamps in the card please'? and he asked someone at the back and they said no, you have to order in person and I am like oh ok. So I thought to myself 'I have been a faithful customer and you can literally see that (have spend over £500 on food) lol and you cannot give me a few extra stamps. that is mean A F' but anyways it was their careless attitude about my love for their food that put me off. I know they don't care about reviews or making their loyal customers happy, but anyways... this is the story of how to lose a faithful customer, over some petty s... because now I think twice before I order from them.
