Very quiet and good value for money.

Stayed overnight in September '23.Rooms are dog-eared and in need of a complete refurb. The staff know it, as they offered complimentary breakfast immediately - which unfortunately we couldn't take due to an early flight from LHR.Just called now to check if any upgrade has taken place - before making a booking and was told nothing had been done, so will find somewhere else.

Everytime I stay here there is a different problem! Last nights was the worse and I won’t be staying there again, which is a real shame! The new heater in my room, whenever it came on (when room temp dropped), it would beep loudly and all the bright led lights would come on and stay on for about 2-5 minutes. This happened continuously all night long, I stayed there because I didn’t want to get up early and drive down to Guildford as I needed to be fresh! That didn’t happen due to very disturbed night sleep! I complained to the reception this morning, they didn’t really care and brushed it off.

The tap in the bathroom did not work well, it squirted out all over the place. The room had a funny smell on arrival. The restaurant next door was shut and had been for a few months yet you could still order breakfast ?

Lovely modern premier Inn with good facilities. Very clean and neat. Unfortunately no one had informed me the Beefeater next door was closed so there was no food or drink which was poor. I used the other premier inn up the road which was OK but not ideal.Rooms: Very nice and well equippedFood & drinks: See above

We would leave at least six stars for Service if we could. Tara (at reception) was extremely helpful and we don't know what we would have done without her! We arrived in a bit of a state about 8.00pm after the hotel we had booked was closed. It had proved difficult to find another hotel and we were envisaging spending the night in our car. Tara helped us make a reservation for the night and gave us advice about places to eat locally.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and both were smelling on our first day of stay. Sleeping was an issue with the smell in rooms. Next day smell was gone but someone checked in at night in the room right above our room and the family with kids were screaming from the parking lot to some one in the room upstairs at 12 pm @ night. I am not kidding it went on for a while and with no proper double glazing the next night went past waking up at night with their noises. This is our last night here and I am so happy that we are leaving today.Just so that you know there was no room service throughout our stay. O yes and today there was electricity cut in our room due to electric kettle so it was a rush in the morning too.Water tap to wash face is a joke. Taps opening is pressed to create water pressure and there is still no pressure honestly. My worst experience of years......in any of the hotels.....not recommended what so ever!!

Located conveniently for our trip to Bisley, overnight stay, free own car park, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Room a bit older than the recently refurbished other Premier Inns but this wouldn't have been s problem; unfortunately there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. This was constant and not caused by a blocked toilet or sink. We partially dealt with it by keeping the sink plug closed when not in use. Luckily the window, at least in our ground floor room, did have a partial restricted opening so we were able to get some air in. The bathroom tap had a weird water saving device on it which made the water come out in a fan shape, this was not only extremely inconvenient as it splatted everywhere, but also made the water stream so feeble that it took ages to get hot water. You had to keep the tap on forever in order to get hot water which seemed to defeat the purpose of saving water. The shower was also so feeble that I didn't even dare wash my hair, else I'd still be there to this day trying to wet it. The bed was excellent though, like any other Premier Inn, and lovely to sleep in. The room was quiet and peaceful. It even had a fan which was a nice touch as the air con would take a while to lower the room temperature so we used the fan in the meantime. Prior to our arrival there was a message that the Beefeater restaurant was closed due to some structural issues so I don't know what the situation there is at present.
