Cosy country pub in charming village. Good menu and 3 good speials of the day. I chose calves liver off the menu. Beautifully cooked and presented. My companions chose the 3 specials. They were pleased with their choice, Nice

Oh dear, our Thai dinner must rate as one of the worst experiences ever. The starters of chicken satay were cold and tough. The accompanying peanut sauce was tasteless. Only a fork and spoon were provided and so we had to ask for knifes! The main courses of noodles were mushy and inedible, it was supposed to be served with chicken but only two small pieces were there. The beef massaman main course was tough and over cooked. Not sure what the sauce was supposed to be but it was a congealed gloop of something brown. So, although the food was most disappointing the bottle of Malbec was excellent and a very good price. Go to the Plough for a drink and enjoy!
Thanks so much for your friendliness and hospitality. We’ll be back again!

Brilliant little pub/restaurant in Horsell Village. Welcoming owner, family run, delicious well priced Thai food. Ticked all the right boxes.

I went here for a dinner with the girls to get away from the kids, just to be in a pub with children running around. Honestly, the owner and her family treat this pub like its their living room. I was deeply dissatisfied and dissatisfied.
