Disappointed is all I can say.Half the order either can after everything else or didn't appear.Ordered at the table on the app.Didn't get the dips we ordered, didn't get milk with the tea, didnt get dressing woth the salad.Had to ask for cutlery and straws and was back and forwards trying to ask for the items that were missing.Disappointed as it was for my granddaughter birthday and a visit with her friend.

Ordered big Mac, they sent chips but no burger ?. Not the first time I've had issues with delivery from the local McDonalds, last time they sent 2 happy meals with no chips...their workers seriously need to lay off the weed...

They never replace printer rolls so you have no idea what your order number is if you order via the machines. The please collect / preparing screen is a farce with loads of orders supposedly ready that arent. Very poorly managed /

McDonald's spend a fortune advertising the coffee, "a comparable brew, why pay more" etc etc but the quality at busy times is a bit of a lottery. At the window of the drive through you're relying on the spotty teenager dispensing the drinks, on handing you the freshly brewed coffee but more often than not you get the one that's been sat there for ages and ages. You get on the motorway, have a sip and Yuk! You didn't win the lottery and got the tepid one or the one that slipped through the net when the beans ran out so have got flat scalding water with chocolate sprinkles instead of the cappuccino you ordered, but now you're 3 miles away! If you're in a hurry and in need of a cuppa that's guaranteed to fulfil your expectations but will cost you more, go to Costa drive through (or if you're loaded, go to Starbucks!)Better still, McDonald's, get your act together!

Everytime we visit Boldon McDonalds they either mess up the order or its cold. They even kept us waiting 20 mins in a waiting bay after going through the drive through in December. Its an absolute shambles.
Ordered McFlurry in store on the machine which didn't give an order number or receipt. Not ideal. The McFlurry was good if a little soft due to the wait.

My coffee was undrinkable. It was cold I through it away. Unfortunately I took my food away, so was a mile or 2 away by the time I noticed.
